【摘要】：種植修復(fù)后常見的美學(xué)問題及其處理受到越來越多學(xué)者的重視,而牙齦生物型是影響種植修復(fù)后美學(xué)的主要因素之一,對種植體周圍軟硬組織的長期穩(wěn)定和美觀有較大的影響,對牙齦生物型進(jìn)行術(shù)前評估具有重要的臨床意義。筆者將從牙齦生物型的概念、對牙齦退縮和牙齦紅色美學(xué)的影響以及對種植體周圍軟硬組織的影響等幾個方面進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:More and more scholars pay more and more attention to the common aesthetic problems after implant restoration, and gingival biotype is one of the main factors that affect the aesthetics after implant restoration, which has a great influence on the long-term stability and aesthetic appearance of the soft and hard tissues around the implant. Preoperative evaluation of gingival biotype has important clinical significance. This paper reviews the concept of gingival biotype, the effects of gingival retraction and gingival red aesthetics, and the effects on soft and hard tissues around implants.
