【摘要】：目的分析活動(dòng)和固定義齒在牙周病(PD)伴牙列缺損修復(fù)治療中的臨床療效及患者的滿意度。方法 120例PD伴牙列缺損患者按抽簽順序分成對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組各60例,對(duì)照組患者采用臨床傳統(tǒng)的固定義齒修復(fù)治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者采取圓錐型套筒冠活動(dòng)義齒修復(fù)治療,對(duì)比兩組患者術(shù)后1~2年基牙健康情況和咀嚼情況。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者治療1年后咀嚼功能和對(duì)照組基本相同(P0.05),2年后牙齒咀嚼功能明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);修復(fù)后1年基牙健康情況與對(duì)照組無(wú)差異(P0.05),修復(fù)2年對(duì)照組基牙健康有效率明顯高于實(shí)驗(yàn)組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的滿意度為96.67%,對(duì)照組為80%(P0.05)。結(jié)論活動(dòng)和固定義齒治療方法各有各的優(yōu)點(diǎn),應(yīng)根據(jù)患者的自身情況和PD伴牙列缺損情況來(lái)選擇合適的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction of active denture and fixed denture in the treatment of periodontal disease (PD) with dentition defect. Methods one hundred and twenty patients with PD with dentition defect were divided into control group (n = 60) and experimental group (n = 60) according to the order of drawing lots. The patients in the control group were treated with the traditional fixed denture, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with the active denture with conical sleeve crown. The health and mastication of abutment teeth were compared between the two groups at 1 and 2 years after operation. Results the masticatory function of the experimental group was similar to that of the control group after 1 year treatment (P0.05), and the dental masticatory function of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the health of abutment between the control group and the control group 1 year after repair (P0.05), and the effective rate of abutment health in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (P0.05). The satisfaction rate was 96.67% in the experimental group and 80% in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion both active and fixed tooth therapy have their own advantages. Appropriate treatment methods should be selected according to the patient's own condition and PD with dentition defect. [WT5 "HZ] conclusion [WT5" BZ] [WT5 "BZ]
