【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)短纖維帶聯(lián)合樹脂粘接技術(shù)微創(chuàng)修復(fù)后牙垂直型食物嵌塞病例的臨床效果。方法:納入牙垂直型食物嵌塞病例共98例(共135個(gè)嵌塞單位),采用石英短纖維帶與納米樹脂聯(lián)合及單純納米樹脂充填術(shù)(聯(lián)合法)治療73個(gè)嵌塞單位,樹脂直接充填(充填法)62個(gè)嵌塞單位。修復(fù)后12、24、36個(gè)月隨訪,參照美國(guó)公共衛(wèi)生署修正標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及食物嵌塞的改善狀況對(duì)修復(fù)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:修復(fù)后12、24、36個(gè)月聯(lián)合法治愈率分別為97.3%、97.3%和95.9%,無效率均為0;充填法治愈率分別為85.5%、82.2%和82.2%,無效率分別為4.8%、11.3%和12.9%(組間比較,P0.05)。結(jié)論:短纖維帶聯(lián)合樹脂粘接技術(shù)治療活髓后牙的垂直型食物嵌塞,可以在微創(chuàng)的情況下獲得良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of short-fiber combined with resin bonding technique in the minimally invasive repair of post-dental implant. Methods: 98 cases (total of 135 block-block units) were included in the cases of vertical-type occlusion of the teeth, 73 block-block units were treated with the combination of the quartz short-fiber band and the nano-resin and the simple nano-resin-filling operation (combined method), and 62 block-block units were directly filled with resin (filling method). The repair effect was evaluated 12, 24 and 36 months after the repair, and the repair effect was evaluated with reference to the revision standard of the United States Department of Public Health and the improvement of the implant, and the results of the evaluation were statistically analyzed. Results: The cure rates of the 12, 24 and 36 months after the repair were 97.3%, 97.3% and 95.9%, respectively, and the efficiency was 0. The cure rate of the filling method was 85.5%, 88.2% and 82.2%, respectively, and the efficiency was 4.8%, 11.3% and 12.9%, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of short fiber with resin bonding technology can be used to treat the vertical type of the posterior teeth of the posterior teeth, and the effect can be obtained in the case of minimally invasive surgery.
