【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用錐形束CT(CBCT)測(cè)量下頜前牙唇舌側(cè)骨壁厚度,以及牙根長(zhǎng)軸相對(duì)牙槽突長(zhǎng)軸的位置關(guān)系,為即刻種植提供臨床指導(dǎo)。方法:選取54例中國(guó)漢族正常鉭個(gè)體的CBCT圖像,測(cè)量下頜前牙釉牙骨質(zhì)界(CEJ)下1、3、5、7 mm處唇、舌側(cè)骨壁厚度,以及牙根長(zhǎng)軸相對(duì)牙槽突長(zhǎng)軸的位置關(guān)系,比較左右側(cè)同名牙、每個(gè)牙位唇舌側(cè)骨壁厚度的差異以及不同性別之間唇舌側(cè)骨壁厚度及牙根長(zhǎng)軸與牙槽突長(zhǎng)軸夾角的差異。結(jié)果:下頜前牙左右側(cè)同名牙相應(yīng)骨壁厚度差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,除下尖牙CEJ下1 mm處的唇舌側(cè)骨壁厚度差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義外,下中切牙和下側(cè)切牙CEJ下1 mm處唇側(cè)比舌側(cè)骨壁厚,其余部位舌側(cè)比唇側(cè)骨壁厚(P0.05)。不同性別間唇舌側(cè)骨壁厚度的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但下頜尖牙處男性牙根長(zhǎng)軸與牙槽突長(zhǎng)軸的夾角小于女性(P=0.018)。結(jié)論:測(cè)定了中國(guó)人漢族正常鉭人群下頜前牙區(qū)不同高度水平唇舌側(cè)骨壁厚度,為成人即刻種植提供了參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the thickness of lip and tongue wall of mandibular anterior teeth by conical bundle CT (CBCT) and the relationship between root long axis and alveolar long axis in order to provide clinical guidance for immediate implantation. Methods: the CBCT images of 54 normal tantalum samples from Chinese Han nationality were used to measure the thickness of the labial, lingual bone wall and the position of the long axis of root relative to the long axis of alveolar process of mandibular anterior enamel cementum under (CEJ). The thickness of the lip and tongue wall and the angle between the long axis of root and the long axis of alveolar process were compared between the left and right teeth of the same name, the difference of the thickness of the bone wall of the lip and tongue side in each tooth position and the difference of the thickness of the bone wall of the lip and tongue side between the two sexes. Results: there was no significant difference in the thickness of bone wall between left and right mandibular anterior teeth with the same name, except that there was no significant difference in the thickness of bone wall of lip and tongue at 1 mm under CEJ of lower canine teeth. The lower central incisor and the lower incisor were thicker than the lingual bone wall at 1 mm under CEJ, and the other parts were thicker than the labial bone wall (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the thickness of lip and tongue between sexes (P0.05), but the angle between male root long axis and alveolar long axis in mandibular canine was lower than that in female (P0. 018). Conclusion: the thickness of lip and tongue wall at different heights in the mandibular anterior teeth of the normal tantalum population of Chinese Han nationality was measured, which provided a reference and basis for immediate implantation in adults.
