【摘要】：目的:比較三種不同材料支架義齒在修復(fù)牙列缺損中的臨床效果。方法:選擇2010年1月至2012年12月間來我院牙列缺損并行可摘局部義齒修復(fù)的患者570例,根據(jù)患者選擇的支架材料不同分為Vitallium2000組、純鈦支架組和鈷鉻合金鑄造組,比較患者修復(fù)效果。結(jié)果:三組就位率(χ2=10.283,P0.05)和2W調(diào)整率(χ2=16.262,P0.05)比較,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。三組義齒性口炎發(fā)生率(χ2=12.773,P0.05)、咀嚼效率(t=8.194,P0.05)、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率(χ2=6.028,P0.05)比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。三組支架義齒美觀滿意度(χ2=2.191,P0.05)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。三組舒適滿意度(χ2=6.827,P0.05)、語言功能滿意度(χ2=6.002,P0.05)、咀嚼功能滿意度(χ2=5.838,P0.05)比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:Vitallium2000支架義齒較純鈦和鈷鉻合金支架義齒小而輕、強(qiáng)度好、義齒穩(wěn)固,且其不致敏、不變色、無異味,確保了義齒的美觀性、舒適度和提高咀嚼效率,適合臨床廣泛應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical effect of three kinds of scaffold dentures in repairing dentition defect. Methods: from January 2010 to December 2012, 570 patients with dentition defect and removable partial denture were selected and divided into Vitallium2000 group, pure titanium stent group and cobalt-chromium alloy casting group according to the stent materials selected by the patients. To compare the effect of repair in patients. Results: the emplacement rate of the three groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (蠂 2 + 10.283% P 0.05) and the 2W adjustment rate (蠂 2 0 16. 262 P 0.05). The incidence of denture stomatitis (蠂 2 + 12.77 3), masticatory efficiency (t = 8.194 P 0.05) and adverse reaction (蠂 2 + 6.028 P 0.05) in the three groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in aesthetic satisfaction between the three groups (蠂 2 / 2.191 P 0.05). There were significant differences in comfort satisfaction (蠂 2 + 6.827 P 0.05), language function satisfaction (蠂 2 + 6.002 P 0.05) and masticatory function satisfaction (蠂 2 + 5.838 P 0.05) among the three groups. Conclusion: Vitallium2000 stent denture is smaller and lighter than pure titanium and cobalt chromium alloy scaffold denture, its strength is better, its denture is stable, and it is not sensitive, does not change the color, does not have the peculiar smell, guarantees the denture to be beautiful, the comfort degree and the enhancement masticatory efficiency, is suitable for clinical wide application.
