聲波根管器械聯(lián)合機(jī)用Mtwo鎳鈦銼在根管預(yù)備中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:評(píng)價(jià)聯(lián)合應(yīng)用聲波根管器械與機(jī)用Mtwo鎳鈦銼對(duì)磨牙進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備的臨床療效。方法:選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者100例(第一磨牙118顆,共428個(gè)根管),按就診順序抽簽隨機(jī)分為2組,每組各50例。試驗(yàn)組聯(lián)合應(yīng)用聲波根管器械與機(jī)用Mtwo鎳鈦銼進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備,對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)不銹鋼根管銼進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備,2組均采用冷側(cè)壓法充填根管,觀察2組根管預(yù)備時(shí)間、預(yù)備術(shù)后急癥反應(yīng)、根管充填質(zhì)量及根充后1 a復(fù)查的治療成功率。采用SPSS11.0軟件包進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組根管預(yù)備時(shí)間平均為(5.3±0.6)min/根,對(duì)照組平均為(12.7±0.9)min/根,差異顯著(t=100.89,P0.001);試驗(yàn)組根管預(yù)備術(shù)后急癥反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為8.20%,顯著低于對(duì)照組的22.81%,差異顯著(χ2=4.87,P0.05);試驗(yàn)組根管恰填率為92.86%,對(duì)照組為78.92%,差異顯著(χ2=17.45,P0.05);根管充填后1 a的治療成功率試驗(yàn)組為91.80%,對(duì)照組為78.95%,2組間差異顯著(χ2=3.95,P0.05)。結(jié)論:聯(lián)合應(yīng)用聲波根管器械與機(jī)用Mtwo鎳鈦銼預(yù)備根管比傳統(tǒng)不銹鋼根管銼省時(shí),術(shù)后疼痛反應(yīng)減少,根充效果及治療成功率提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of combined use of acoustic root canal instruments and Mtwo nickel titanium file for root canal preparation of molars. Methods: 100 patients (118 first molars, 428 root canals) were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 in each group. The experimental group used sonic root canal instrument and Mtwo nickel titanium file for root canal preparation, the control group used traditional stainless steel root canal file for root canal preparation, the two groups used cold lateral pressure method to fill root canal, and observed the preparation time of root canal in two groups. Emergency response, root canal filling quality and successful rate of treatment 1 year after root filling were prepared. SPSS11.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. Results: the mean root canal preparation time was (5.3 鹵0.6) min/ in the experimental group and (12.7 鹵0.9) min/ in the control group. The incidence of emergency reaction after root canal preparation in the experimental group was 8.20, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (22.81%, 蠂 2 4.87 P 0.05). The root canal filling rate was 92.86 in the experimental group and 78.92 in the control group (蠂 ~ 2 / 17.45). One year after root canal filling, the successful rate of treatment was 91.80 in the experimental group and 78.95 in the control group (蠂 ~ 2 / 3.95). Conclusion: compared with the traditional stainless steel root canal file, the combined use of sonic root canal instrument and Mtwo nickel titanium file for root canal preparation can save time, reduce postoperative pain response, and improve the effect of root filling and the success rate of treatment.
