兩種方法對早期釉質(zhì)脫礦治療效果的體外實驗研究

【摘要】:目的:比較滲透性樹脂和氟化泡沫對早期釉質(zhì)脫礦后的治療效果。方法:用部分飽和酸緩沖脫礦液將75個人離體前磨牙制備成早期釉質(zhì)脫礦模型后隨機分為3組(n=25),分別采用去離子水(A組)、氟化泡沫(B組)、滲透性樹脂(C組)處理脫礦釉質(zhì)表面;然后浸泡于人工唾液中37℃恒溫水浴放置8周,治療前和治療后即刻、4周、8周各時間點用分光光度比色儀檢測每個牙的L值;用掃描電鏡觀察治療4周后的表面形態(tài)。結(jié)果:脫礦釉質(zhì)經(jīng)3種方法處理后其L值均較治療前減小,C組減小的幅度最大,B組次之,A組最小,除治療后即刻A組與B組△L無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)外,其余各時間點各組間△L差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);A組和B組釉質(zhì)表面粗糙而不均勻,其表面雖有礦物質(zhì)沉積,但仍有大小不等的凹陷,而C組釉質(zhì)表面較光滑均勻,無明顯凹陷。結(jié)論:滲透性樹脂和氟化泡沫均可治療釉質(zhì)早期脫礦,其中以滲透性樹脂的短期效果最明顯。
