【摘要】：目的:對氧化鋯全瓷固定橋在后牙種植區(qū)的臨床應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行初步評估。方法:隨訪2011-07~2012-06采用種植體支持的全瓷固定橋修復(fù)后牙缺失的47位患者(53個(gè)修復(fù)體,共120枚種植體)的臨床資料。記錄種植體的失敗數(shù)量、修復(fù)體失敗數(shù)量、機(jī)械及生物并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果:37例43個(gè)修復(fù)體、100個(gè)種植體隨訪12~24個(gè)月。隨訪病例中共有9個(gè)修復(fù)體(20.9%)出現(xiàn)崩瓷,9顆種植體(9.0%)存在種植體周圍黏膜炎。修復(fù)體存留率100%,種植體存留率100%。所有種植體和修復(fù)體均未出現(xiàn)松動(dòng)、脫落、折斷等現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論:種植體支持的氧化鋯全瓷固定橋用于后牙種植修復(fù)是可行的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Zirconia all-ceramic fixed bridge in posterior dental implant. Methods: the clinical data of 47 patients (53 prostheses, 120 implants) with posterior teeth loss were followed up in 2011-07 and 2012-06. Record the number of failed implants, prostheses, and mechanical and biological complications. Results: 37 patients with 43 prostheses and 100 implants were followed up for 12 ~ 24 months. There were 9 prostheses (20.9%) with porcelain implants and 9 implants (9.0%) with periimplant mucositis. The retention rate of the prosthesis is 100%, and the implant rate is 100%. No loosening, shedding and breaking were found in all implants and prostheses. Conclusion: the implant-supported zirconia all-ceramic fixed bridge is feasible for posterior dental implant restoration.
