錐形束CT在切牙區(qū)唇側(cè)牙槽骨開窗及開裂診斷中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:目的:應(yīng)用錐形束CT研究錯(cuò)鉭畸形切牙區(qū)唇側(cè)牙槽骨開窗及開裂的發(fā)生率等分布情況。方法:選擇2010年7月~2015年9月期間在漢中市口腔醫(yī)院正畸科進(jìn)行錐形束CT掃描的患者421例,統(tǒng)計(jì)在上下頜切牙區(qū)唇側(cè)牙槽骨開窗及開裂的發(fā)生率和分布情況,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:在統(tǒng)計(jì)的421例患者中,骨開窗及骨開裂的發(fā)生率分別為38.95%和20.43%。骨開窗以骨性Ⅰ類錯(cuò)鉭最多39.49%,骨性Ⅱ類次之。骨開裂以骨性Ⅱ類錯(cuò)鉭33.82%最多,骨性Ⅰ類次之。骨開窗牙位以左上側(cè)切牙最高20.43%,骨開裂牙位以左下側(cè)切牙最高6.65%。結(jié)論:正畸治療患者中,骨開窗及骨開裂的發(fā)生率分別為38.95%和20.43%,無(wú)性別差異,骨性Ⅰ類錯(cuò)鉭切牙區(qū)骨開窗的發(fā)生率最高,以上側(cè)切牙為主,骨性Ⅱ類錯(cuò)鉭切牙區(qū)骨開裂的發(fā)生率最高,以下中切牙為主。
