【摘要】：目的：評價于臨床上口腔人工種植體使用V型螺紋搭配微粗糙表面處理層時，對于骨整合成效及穩(wěn)定性之臨床效果，以期提供更多的治療及臨床之相關訊息。 材料與方法：病例選擇：選擇11名牙列缺損或缺失之研究對象進行口腔人工種植術，其中男性6位、女性5位，年齡自45歲至71歲，平均年齡為58歲，，患者身體均無其他之全身系統(tǒng)疾病。治療方法：使用經(jīng)過微粗糙表面處理的V型螺紋口腔人工種植體來進行種植術，11位患者共植入口腔人工種植體129顆，而后觀察口腔人工種植體之骨整合情形，并持續(xù)追蹤一年以評價臨床之成效。 結果：在經(jīng)過至少一年的持續(xù)臨床追蹤觀察隨訪，植入之口腔人工種植體均獲得良好之骨整合成效，患者對使用情形及相關結果均感到滿意，口腔人工種植術成功率為100%。 結論： V型螺紋口腔人工種植體搭配微粗糙表面處理層的骨整合效果優(yōu)良，是一種良好且優(yōu)秀之種植體型式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of osseointegration and stability of oral prosthetic implants with V-thread and micro-rough surface treatment, so as to provide more information about treatment and clinic. Materials and methods: 11 patients with dental defect or loss were selected for oral implant implantation, including 6 males and 5 females, aged from 45 to 71 years, with an average age of 58 years. No other systemic diseases were found in the patients. Methods: a V-threaded oral implant with slightly rough surface was used to implant 129 dental implants in 11 patients. The bone integration of dental implants was observed. Follow up for one year to evaluate clinical outcomes. Results: after at least one year of continuous clinical follow-up, the implanted oral implants achieved good results of bone integration, the patients were satisfied with the usage and related results, and the success rate of oral implant implantation was 100%. Conclusion: v-thread dental implants combined with micro-rough surface treatment have good bone integration effect and are a good and excellent implant type.
