【摘要】：目的:觀察患者接受牙齒椅旁恒溫外漂白治療后健康上頜中切牙的顏色值變化。方法:利用牙科色度計采集16例健康上頜中切牙漂白前后的L*、a*、b*顏色參數(shù)值,分析各參數(shù)的變化以及計算漂白后牙齒顏色變化的色差值。結(jié)果:漂白后牙色平均改善了6±3個色階。漂白前后的色差值為4.23±2.21。配對t檢驗結(jié)果顯示,上頜中切牙漂白后L*值顯著增加,b*值顯著降低,a*值無明顯變化趨勢。結(jié)論:牙齒椅旁恒溫外漂白治療能夠增加健康上頜中切牙的明度,顏色向藍色轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the color changes of the maxillary central incisors after the treatment of isothermal external bleaching. Methods: the color parameters of 16 healthy maxillary central incisors before and after bleaching were collected by using dental colorimeter. The changes of the parameters and the color difference of the teeth after bleaching were analyzed. Results: after bleaching, the tooth color improved by 6 鹵3 color scales on average. The color difference before and after bleaching was 4.23 鹵2.21. The results of paired t test showed that the L * value of maxillary central incisor increased significantly and the b * value decreased significantly after bleaching, but there was no obvious change trend of a * value. Conclusion: the treatment of tooth chair with isothermal external bleaching can increase the brightness of the maxillary central incisors and change the color to blue.
