【摘要】：目的:分析正畸矯治的牙周病與牙周健康患者在安氏分類、矢狀骨面型方面的異同。方法:對(duì)427例正畸患者(牙周病占90例)的錯(cuò)牙合類型、矢狀骨面型進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),并用SPSS 16.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行卡方檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:1在錯(cuò)牙合類型上,牙周健康組以安氏Ⅰ類錯(cuò)牙合為主(47.5%),而牙周病組以安氏Ⅱ類錯(cuò)牙合為主(52.3%),兩者相比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);2牙周病與矢狀骨面型之間無(wú)顯著的相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)論:進(jìn)行正畸治療的牙周健康者以安氏Ⅰ類錯(cuò)牙合為主,而牙周病組錯(cuò)牙合畸形主要是安氏Ⅱ類。
