一種通用型種植導(dǎo)板的精度分析

【摘要】:目的:通過CT掃描、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)和制造技術(shù)獲得帶有不同定位方式的通用型種植導(dǎo)板精度。方法:采用通用型導(dǎo)板進(jìn)行種植,然后獲取90顆種植體的術(shù)后位置數(shù)據(jù),并按照黏膜支撐導(dǎo)板和牙支撐導(dǎo)板進(jìn)行分類,最后將該數(shù)據(jù)與術(shù)前設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較,并以種植體頸部、頂部、深度和角度誤差進(jìn)行描述。結(jié)果:牙支撐導(dǎo)板的平均頸部偏差為1.56mm,頂部平均偏差1.78mm,深度平均偏差1.1mm,角度平均偏差2.96°;黏膜支撐導(dǎo)板平均頸部偏差1.71mm,平均頂端偏差1.9mm,深度平均深度偏差1.09mm,角度平均偏差3.19°。結(jié)論:牙支持導(dǎo)板與黏膜導(dǎo)板相比,牙支持導(dǎo)板精度更高;與專用導(dǎo)板相比通用導(dǎo)板在頸部誤差方面要偏大,而在深度、頂端和角度誤差方面則沒有顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to obtain the accuracy of universal implant guide with different positioning methods by CT scanning, computer aided design and manufacturing technology. Methods: the data of 90 implants were obtained and classified according to mucosal support guide and tooth support guide. Finally, the data were compared with the preoperative design data. The implant neck, top, depth and angle error are described. Results: the average neck deviation, top deviation, depth deviation and angle deviation were 1.56 mm, 1.78 mm, 1.1 mm and 2.96 擄, respectively. The average deviation of the mucosal support guide was 1.71 mm for neck, 1.9 mm for tip, 1.09mm for depth and 3.19 擄for angle. Conclusion: the accuracy of dental support guide is higher than that of mucous membrane guide, and that of general guide plate is larger than that of special guide plate, but there is no significant difference in depth, top and angle error.
