【摘要】：正在醫(yī)學(xué)論文的描述中,凡涉及實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物者,在描述時(shí)均應(yīng)符合以下要求:(1)品種、品系描述清楚;(2)強(qiáng)調(diào)來(lái)源;(3)遺傳背景;(4)微生物學(xué)質(zhì)量;(5)明確體重;(6)明確等級(jí);(7)明確飼養(yǎng)環(huán)境和實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境;(8)明確性別;(9)有質(zhì)量合格證;(10)有對(duì)飼養(yǎng)的描述(如飼料類型、營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平、照明方式、溫度、濕度要求);(11)所有動(dòng)物數(shù)量準(zhǔn)確;
[Abstract]:In the description of medical papers, those involved with experimental animals should meet the following requirements: (1) variety and strain description clearly; (2) emphasis on source; (3) genetic background; (4) quality of microbiology; (5) clear weight; (6) clear grade; (7) clear feeding environment and experimental environment; (8) clear sex; (9) quality certificate; (10) there is a description of feeding (e.g. feed type, nutritional level, lighting mode, temperature, humidity required); (11) for all animals to be accurate;
