【摘要】：目的探討自體頦外板修復(fù)眶底骨折缺損的效果。方法對(duì)11例眶底骨折缺損患者,采用自體下頜骨頦外板進(jìn)行眶底重建修復(fù),術(shù)后隨訪6~12月。結(jié)果 11例患者術(shù)后傷口均一期愈合,眶底結(jié)構(gòu)恢復(fù),無(wú)視力下降和眼球運(yùn)動(dòng)受限,移植物均無(wú)感染排出或吸收,供區(qū)無(wú)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論自體頦外板是眶底骨缺損較為理想的一種修復(fù)材料。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of repairing orbital floor fracture defect with external mental plate. Methods 11 patients with orbital floor fracture defect were repaired with mandibular external mental plate and followed up from 6 to 12 months. Results all the 11 cases had primary wound healing, the structure of the orbital floor recovered, there was no loss of vision, limited eyeball movement, no infection or absorption of the graft, and no complication occurred in the donor area. Conclusion Autologous mental plate is an ideal material for repairing orbital floor bone defect.
