【摘要】：目的本文探討酚醛樹脂對根管壁的封閉作用,以期提高牙周牙髓聯(lián)合病變的遠期療效。方法前牙、前磨牙、磨牙各20顆,隨機分為A、B兩組,每組30顆牙齒。A組根管壁用酚醛樹脂封閉和B組根管壁不用酚醛樹脂封閉。A、B組所有離體牙根尖4 mm區(qū)域涂布指甲油,然后將樣本浸沒于2%亞甲藍至牙根10 mm處。A、B組每24小時取出棉捻觀察是否有藍染,連續(xù)觀察7天。結(jié)果 (1)掃描電鏡下觀察根管預(yù)備后牙本質(zhì)小管口呈開放狀態(tài),牙本質(zhì)小管腔呈空腔狀態(tài),浸潤酚醛樹脂以后,牙本質(zhì)小管開口被封閉,牙本質(zhì)小管腔被堵塞。(2)第1天和第2天A組和B組沒有顯著性差異(P0.05),都沒有出現(xiàn)滲漏。從第3天開始有顯著性差異(P0.05),B組出現(xiàn)明顯滲漏。結(jié)論酚醛樹脂可滲入到牙本質(zhì)小管,對根管壁有良好的封閉作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of phenolic resin on the endodontic wall in order to improve the long-term effect of periodontal and pulp disease. Methods 20 anterior teeth, 20 premolars and 20 molars were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 30) and group B (n = 30). All teeth in group B were coated with nail polish in 4 mm area of root tip and then immersed in 2% methylene blue to root for 10 mm. In group A, cotton twisting was taken out every 24 hours to observe whether there was blue staining or not, and observed for 7 days. Results (1) after root canal preparation, the dentine tubules were observed to be open, the dentine tubules were empty, and the dentine tubules were closed after the phenolic resin was infiltrated. (2) there was no significant difference between group A and group B on day 1 and day 2 (P0.05). There was significant difference from the third day (P0.05), B group showed obvious leakage. Conclusion Phenolic resin can infiltrate into dentine canals and has a good sealing effect on root canal wall.
