烤瓷牙齦比色板的初步研制及顏色分析

【摘要】:目的:運(yùn)用牙齦瓷粉及染色劑,制作出不同比例配方的牙齦烤瓷比色片,從而為研制出可用于臨床的牙齦比色板作初步探討。方法:選用金屬牙齦瓷粉G1~G5和染色劑Akz01~Akz20,按一定的比列配方混合后分組,把G1與Akz01~Akz20混合記為A組;G2與Akz01~Akz20混合記為B組;G3與Akz01~Akz20混合記為C組;G4與Akz01~Akz20混合記為D組;G5與Akz01~Akz20混合記為E組,電子天平稱量,稱量紙包好,每組包含21包,然后在鑄造的鎳鉻合金基底板上根據(jù)烤瓷熔附金屬全冠的燒制步驟進(jìn)行比色片的燒制,燒制成功的比色片進(jìn)行打磨拋光,超聲清洗,最后用Vita EasyshadyAdvance4.0無線電腦比色儀測(cè)量各色片的色度值(L*、C*、H*值),并用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:(1)比色板各組顏色分布具有一定規(guī)律性。具體表現(xiàn)如下:A~E組中,E組的明度L*值處于最高值的范疇,而C組的明度L*值處于最低值的范疇。說明E組的明度最高,色彩最濃、最亮,而C組的明度最低,色彩最淡、最暗;對(duì)于飽和度C*值而言A~E組中,E組的變化最小,而A~D組都有比較大的變化,加入第6種染色劑達(dá)到最高值,之后開始下降,雖也有增高,但幅度都比較小?傮w上來看,B組的數(shù)值處于最大值處,說明B組的飽和度總體上較其余組大,最遠(yuǎn)處離中心位置最遠(yuǎn),具有比其余組顏色更鮮艷的比色片;A~E組中的色調(diào)H*值的變化是A~D組中加入相同的染色劑后H*值的增加或減少基本一致,表現(xiàn)為先減小后增加再減少,而且幅度比較大,而E組的起伏波動(dòng)最小,并且與其他四組相距較遠(yuǎn)。說明E組的色相最小,其更傾向于紅色方向。(2)各組比色板色差及分布區(qū)域不同。具體表現(xiàn)為:L*值的分布范圍為10.10~26.90;C*值的分布范圍為0.50~14.20;H*值的分布范圍為0.80~72.40;△E值的分布范圍為14.60~27.30。(3)定制比色板的色度值范圍絕大多數(shù)在天然牙齦顏色色度值范圍內(nèi),說明定制比色板的顏色能基本模擬天然牙齦的顏色。結(jié)論:定制烤瓷牙齦比色片能一定程度擴(kuò)展現(xiàn)有牙齦瓷的臨床運(yùn)用范圍,其與現(xiàn)有的牙齦顏色的色度值比較,能基本覆蓋牙齦顏色,但比色片的精度有待于進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to prepare gingival porcelain colorimetric tablets with different proportions by using gingival porcelain powder and staining agent, and to explore the development of gingival colorimetric plate which can be used in clinical practice. Methods: metal gingival porcelain powder G1~G5 and dyeing agent Akz01~Akz20, were selected and divided into A group, G 2 and Akz01~Akz20 group, G 3 and Akz01~Akz20 group, G 4 and Akz01~Akz20 group, and G 4 and Akz01~Akz20 mixed group as A group, G 2 and Akz01~Akz20 group as B group, G 4 and Akz01~Akz20 as D group, G 3 and Akz01~Akz20 mixed group as C group, and G 4 and Akz01~Akz20 as D group respectively. G5 and Akz01~Akz20 were mixed as group E, weighing by electronic balance, weighing paper, each group containing 21 packs, and then firing the colorimetric sheet on the cast Ni-Cr alloy substrate according to the firing process of porcelain fused with metal full crown, The sintered colorimetric sheet was polished and cleaned by ultrasonic. Finally, the colorimetric value of each color sheet was measured by Vita EasyshadyAdvance4.0 wireless computer colorimetry, and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results: (1) the color distribution of each group was regular. The results are as follows: in group A, group E is in the category of the highest value, while group C is in the category of the lowest. The results showed that group E had the highest brightness, the thickest and brightest color, while group C had the lowest brightness, the faintest color and the darkest color. For saturation C *, the change of group E was the least, while that of group A and D was relatively large. The addition of the sixth chromatin reached the highest value, and then it began to decrease, although it also increased, but the amplitude was relatively small. On the whole, the values of group B are at the maximum value, indicating that the saturation of group B is generally larger than that of the other groups, the farthest away from the center of the center, and has a more brightly colored colorimetric film than the other groups. The change of hue H * value in group A was basically the same as that in group A D after the addition of the same chromatin, which showed that the value of H * increased first and then decreased, and the amplitude was relatively large, while the fluctuation of group E was the least. And the other four groups are far apart. The results showed that group E had the smallest hue and preferred the red direction. (2) the color difference and distribution of the colorimetric plates were different in each group. The main results are as follows: the distribution range of L ~ * value is 10.10 ~ 26.90 ~ (th) C ~ * = 0.50 ~ (14. 20) H ~ * = 0.80 ~ 72.40; The distribution range of E value is 14.60 ~ 27.30. (3) the color range of custom-made colorimetric plate is mostly within the range of natural gingival color, which indicates that the color of custom-made colorimetric plate can basically simulate the color of natural gingival. Conclusion: the customized porcelain gingival colorimetric tablets can extend the clinical application range of the existing gingival porcelain to a certain extent. Compared with the current color values of gingival, it can basically cover the gingival color, but the accuracy of the colorimetric tablets needs to be further improved.
