【摘要】：乳牙齲病是兒童常見的口腔疾病之一。第三次全國(guó)口腔健康流行病學(xué)調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,中國(guó)兒童乳牙存在患齲率高、就診率低下的現(xiàn)狀。由于兒童乳牙解剖形態(tài)及組織結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、兒童飲食特點(diǎn)等原因,導(dǎo)致兒童乳牙齲具有區(qū)別于恒牙齲的特殊臨床表現(xiàn),且可對(duì)繼承恒牙、兒童生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及心理等產(chǎn)生不良影響。目前,針對(duì)乳牙齲的治療主要采用藥物治療和修復(fù)治療,修復(fù)治療是最重要的治療方法,其中對(duì)于較大面積的乳磨牙齲損,臨床上多選擇金屬預(yù)成冠的修復(fù)治療。本文從金屬預(yù)成冠的背景、適應(yīng)證、臨床操作步驟及相關(guān)研究等方面,就兒童乳磨牙的金屬預(yù)成冠修復(fù)治療進(jìn)行闡述。
[Abstract]:Caries of deciduous teeth is one of the common oral diseases in children. The results of the third National Oral Health Epidemiology Survey showed that the prevalence of caries in Chinese children's deciduous teeth was high and the visiting rate was low. Because of the anatomical and histological characteristics of primary teeth, the characteristics of children's diet and so on, the caries of primary teeth in children have special clinical manifestations which are different from those of permanent teeth, and can have adverse effects on inherited permanent teeth, children's growth and development, and psychology. At present, the treatment of deciduous caries is mainly treated with medicine and repair. Repair is the most important treatment method. For the large area of caries of deciduous molars, metal precrown repair is widely used in clinic. In this paper, the background, indications, clinical procedures and related studies of metal precrown restoration for primary molars in children were reviewed.
