【摘要】：目的評價(jià)及對比應(yīng)用勁潤牙本質(zhì)保護(hù)膜（Hybrid coat）與Gluma脫敏劑兩種藥物后，對全冠預(yù)備后，活髓牙產(chǎn)生的牙本質(zhì)敏感癥狀的治療效果。 方法因牙列缺損而行固定橋修復(fù)的50例l10顆基牙進(jìn)行牙體預(yù)備，隨機(jī)地將缺失區(qū)兩側(cè)預(yù)備后的基牙分為兩組，，A組在牙體預(yù)備后表面用勁潤牙本質(zhì)保護(hù)膜處理，B組在牙體預(yù)備后其牙面用Gluma脫敏劑處理，在備牙后（隔日）和戴牙前（7天后），對兩組基牙試驗(yàn)區(qū)行冷氣刺激和探劃刺激，記錄牙齒敏感程度，并評定對比其療效，最后統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析戴牙前評定的療效。 結(jié)果兩組藥物均顯示出良好的脫敏效果，但經(jīng)前后比對勁潤牙本質(zhì)保護(hù)膜較Gluma脫敏劑處理過的基牙牙本質(zhì)敏感癥狀改善明顯，兩者有效率差別在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上有意義。 結(jié)論勁潤牙本質(zhì)保護(hù)膜對全冠預(yù)備后的活髓牙牙本質(zhì)敏感癥狀能發(fā)揮良好的治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate and compare the therapeutic effect of (Hybrid coat) and Gluma desensitizer on dentine sensitive symptoms of active pulp teeth after full crown preparation. Methods 50 cases of l10 abutment teeth repaired by fixed bridge for dentition defect were randomly divided into two groups. The surface of group A was treated with dentine protective film after tooth preparation. The tooth surface of group B was treated with Gluma desensitizer after tooth preparation. After tooth preparation (alternate day) and before wearing tooth (7 days later), two groups of abutments were treated with air-conditioned stimulation and groping stimulation. The sensitivity of teeth was recorded, and the curative effect was evaluated and compared. Finally, the curative effect before wearing teeth was analyzed statistically. Results both groups showed good desensitization effect, but the hypersensitivity symptom of abutment dentin treated with Gluma desensitizer was better than that before and after treatment. The difference of effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Jinrun dentin protective film can play a good role in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity after full crown preparation.
