【摘要】：目的:運(yùn)用錐形束CT研究年齡因素對(duì)拔除下頜第三磨牙的影響,評(píng)價(jià)早期拔除下頜第三磨牙的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性。方法:篩選2015年6~12月在我院就診患者中符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的錐形束CT圖像,共選取150顆下頜第三磨牙,其中16~18歲組47顆牙齒,19~24歲組60顆牙齒,24歲以上43顆牙齒,測(cè)得3個(gè)年齡組中患者的下頜骨體高(a)、下頜骨體剩余高度(b)與下頜骨體高(a)的比值、牙齒至下頜神經(jīng)管最短距離數(shù)據(jù),并分析不同年齡組之間的差異性。結(jié)果:下頜骨體高3個(gè)年齡組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。3組間b/a比值以24歲以上組最大,其次19~24歲組,各組間兩兩比較均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。在牙齒至下頜神經(jīng)管最短距離方面,19~24歲組和24歲以上組均比16~18歲組大,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;而19~24歲組和24歲以上組間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。但是,3個(gè)年齡組間牙齒與下頜神經(jīng)管緊密接觸比率無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論:3個(gè)年齡組中19~24歲組拔除下頜第三磨牙可能相對(duì)最合適、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最小。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the influence of age factors on the extraction of mandibular third molar by conical bundle CT, and to evaluate the risk of early extraction of mandibular third molar. Methods: a total of 150 mandibular third molars were selected from CT images of conical tracts in our hospital from June to December 2015. A total of 150 mandibular third molars were selected, including 47 teeth in 1618 years old group, 60 teeth in 1924 years old group and 43 teeth over 24 years old. The ratio of mandibular body height (a),) to mandibular body height (b) to mandibular body height (a) and the shortest distance from teeth to mandibular nerve canal were measured in three age groups, and the differences among different age groups were analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference in the body height of mandible among the three age groups. The ratio of b / a was the largest in the group over 24 years old, followed by the group of 1924 years old. The shortest distance from the teeth to the mandibular canal was larger in 1924 years group and more than 24 years old group than that in 16 and 18 years old group, but there was no statistical significance between 1924 years old group and over 24 years old group. However, there was no significant difference in the ratio of close contact between the teeth and the mandibular canal among the three age groups. Conclusion: the third mandibular molar extraction in 19 ~ 24 years old group may be the most appropriate and the lowest risk.
