【摘要】：目的:以文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)的方法分析國內(nèi)牙外傷的研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)其研究的趨勢和特點(diǎn),以期為后續(xù)研究提供可靠依據(jù)。方法:在中國知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫中以"牙外傷""dental trauma"為主題進(jìn)行中英文擴(kuò)展檢索。檢索時(shí)間范圍:2000年1月1日~2014年12月31日。檢索雜志范圍:2014版中國科技核心期刊(中國科技論文統(tǒng)計(jì)源期刊)中收錄的19種口腔醫(yī)學(xué)類中文核心雜志。結(jié)果:共294篇文獻(xiàn)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),平均發(fā)表19.6篇/年;臨床研究類文獻(xiàn)占241篇,其中94.6%的關(guān)注點(diǎn)為恒牙外傷;所有文獻(xiàn)中的基金資助率僅為9.18%。結(jié)論:國內(nèi)牙外傷臨床研究具有明顯的潛力,是提高口腔醫(yī)學(xué)研究國際化水平的良好契機(jī)。但是存在地域差異、對(duì)乳牙外傷關(guān)注度不足、基金支持率較低等問題。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the research status of dental trauma in China by bibliometrics and summarize its research trend and characteristics in order to provide reliable basis for further study. Methods: Chinese and English extended searches were carried out on the topic of "Tooth Trauma" and "dental trauma". Search time range: January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2014. Scope of Retrieval: 19 Chinese core journals of Stomatology included in the 2014 edition of Chinese core journals of science and technology (statistical source journals of Chinese scientific and technological papers). Results: a total of 294 articles met the inclusion criteria, with an average publication of 19.6 articles per year, and 241 articles in clinical studies, 94.6% of which focused on permanent tooth trauma, and the fund support rate was only 9.18% in all literatures. Conclusion: domestic dental trauma clinical research has obvious potential and is a good opportunity to improve the international level of stomatology research. However, there are regional differences, lack of attention to primary teeth trauma, low fund support rate and other problems.
