超聲下不同根管沖洗劑組合對感染根管內(nèi)糞腸球菌殺滅效果的研究

【摘要】:目的:比較超聲作用下不同根管沖洗劑組合對根管內(nèi)糞腸球菌的殺滅效果。方法:取糞腸球菌感染根管模型樣本90個,隨機分為6組(n=15),其中5個樣本用于基線對照,10個樣本分別按相應(yīng)分組處理,A組:25 g/L次氯酸鈉液液+20 g/L洗必泰液;B組:25 g/L次氯酸鈉液+30 m L/L過氧化氫液;C組:10 g/L次氯酸鈉液+20 g/L洗必泰液;D組:10 g/L次氯酸鈉液+30 m L/L過氧化氫液;E組:52.5 g/L次氯酸鈉液陽性對照;F組:生理鹽水陰性對照。處理前后從樣本的根管壁表面采樣,并鉆取不同深度牙本質(zhì)進行細菌培養(yǎng)和計數(shù)。結(jié)果:A、B、C、D、E組根管壁表面及不同深度牙本質(zhì)的細菌清除率均顯著高于F組(P0.05);對各層牙本質(zhì)的細菌清除率,A組高于B、C、D組(P0.05),與E組相比,除200~300μm深度處明顯降低(P0.05)外,其他各層與E組相當(dāng)(P0.05);C組對不同深度牙本質(zhì)層的細菌清除率均在90%以上,低于A、E組,高于其他各組(P0.05);B、D組在各不同深度牙本質(zhì)層的細菌清除率基本相當(dāng)(P0.05),低于其他各實驗組和E組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:超聲輔助下用25 g/L次氯酸鈉液聯(lián)合20 g/L洗必泰液沖洗根管,能有效殺滅根管內(nèi)的糞腸球菌。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the killing effect of different root canal flushing agents on Enterococcus faecalis in root canal. Methods: 90 samples of Enterococcus faecalis infected root canal model were randomly divided into 6 groups (n = 15). Among them, 5 samples were used as baseline control and 10 samples were treated by corresponding groups. Group A: 25 g / L sodium hypochlorite solution 20 g / L chlorhexidine solution; Group B: 25 g / L sodium hypochlorite solution 30 mL / L hydrogen peroxide solution; group C: 10 g / L sodium hypochlorite solution 20 g / L chlorhexidine solution; group D: 10 g / L sodium hypochlorite solution 30 mL / L hydrogen peroxide solution; Group E: 52.5 g / L sodium hypochlorite positive control, group F: saline negative control. The root canal surface of the sample was sampled before and after treatment, and different depth dentin was drilled to culture and count the bacteria. Results: the bacterial clearance rates of root canal wall surface and dentin of different depth in group A were significantly higher than those in group F (P0.05). For each layer of dentin, the bacterial clearance rate in group A was higher than that in group D (P0.05), except that in group E, the depth of 200 渭 m was significantly decreased (P0.05), and the other layers were similar to group E (P0.05). The bacterial clearance rates of group C to dentin layer of different depth were all above 90%, lower than that of group A E and higher than those of other groups (P0.05). The bacterial clearance rate in different depth of dentin layer in group B D was similar (P0.05), which was lower than that in other experimental groups and E groups (P0.05). Conclusion: ultrasonic assisted washing root canal with 25 g / L sodium hypochlorite solution and 20 g / L chlorhexidine solution can effectively kill Enterococcus faecalis in root canal.
