【摘要】：目的:了解寧夏地區(qū)3~5歲兒童乳牙患齲情況及相關(guān)影響因素。方法:對寧夏地區(qū)6個縣(市、區(qū))的2952名3~5歲兒童進行口腔健康檢查,對患齲高危兒童和無齲兒童家長進行問卷調(diào)查,并進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:1寧夏地區(qū)3-5歲兒童乳牙齲均和齲面均分別為2.60和4.19,患齲率為57.41%,回、漢族兒童的患齲率、齲均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05);2是否為早產(chǎn)、開始刷牙年齡及頻率、進甜食頻率、有含奶嘴或母親乳頭睡覺習(xí)慣、母親孕期患病等因素在兩組兒童間有顯著性差異(P0.05);而是否為低出生體質(zhì)量、家長學(xué)歷、飲用水源、喂養(yǎng)方式、是否使用含氟牙膏等因素在兩組間無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05);3乳牙患齲與父母口腔保健知識態(tài)度、刷牙后及睡前進甜食、進甜食頻率、有含奶嘴或母親乳頭睡覺習(xí)慣、開始刷牙年齡有關(guān)。結(jié)論:減少兒童含糖食品的攝入量及頻率以及避免嬰兒期不當(dāng)喂養(yǎng)習(xí)慣,將早產(chǎn)兒列為齲病好發(fā)的弱勢人群,給予高度重視。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence and related factors of caries in primary teeth of 3-year-old children in Ningxia. Methods: oral health examination was performed on 2952 children aged 3 to 5 years old in 6 counties (cities and districts) of Ningxia region. The parents of children with high risk of caries and those without caries were investigated and analyzed statistically. Results: 1 the caries and caries surface of children aged 3-5 in Ningxia were 2.60 and 4.19, respectively, and the incidence of caries was 57.41. There was no statistical difference in the incidence of caries and caries of children of Han nationality (P0.05). (2) whether preterm birth, age and frequency of tooth brushing, frequency of sweet tooth intake, sleeping habits with nipple or mother's nipple, maternal illness during pregnancy were significantly different between the two groups (P0.05); However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of low birth weight, parental education, drinking water source, feeding method and using fluoride toothpaste (P0.05). (3) caries were related to parents' attitude towards oral health care, sweet tooth after brushing and sleeping forward, frequency of sweet tooth intake, sleeping habit with nipple or mother's nipple, and age of brushing. Conclusion: reducing the intake and frequency of sugary food in children and avoiding the improper feeding habit in infancy, preterm infants should be classified as vulnerable people with high incidence of caries, and high attention should be paid to them.
