【摘要】：目的探討涎腺黏膜相關(guān)淋巴組織結(jié)外邊緣區(qū)(MALT)淋巴瘤伴導(dǎo)管內(nèi)生長的臨床病理學(xué)特點。方法對3例伴導(dǎo)管內(nèi)生長的涎腺MALT淋巴瘤的組織病理學(xué)、免疫組化結(jié)果進行分析,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻。結(jié)果 3例具有一般MALT淋巴瘤的病理學(xué)特征,包括中心細胞樣細胞、單核樣B細胞,濾泡植入及淋巴上皮病變。特殊之處在于腫瘤細胞在多個擴張的導(dǎo)管內(nèi)生長,且充滿整個導(dǎo)管,導(dǎo)管內(nèi)腫瘤細胞形態(tài)單一,呈單核樣B細胞外觀,免疫組化導(dǎo)管內(nèi)腫瘤細胞CD20及bcl-2(+)。結(jié)論涎腺MALT淋巴瘤伴腫瘤細胞導(dǎo)管內(nèi)生長,這種特殊的形態(tài)學(xué)特征也許對于診斷MALT淋巴瘤有一定意義,但尚需收集更多的樣本來驗證。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features of (MALT) lymphoma with intraductal growth in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue of salivary gland. Methods the histopathological and immunohistochemical results of 3 cases of salivary gland MALT lymphoma with intraductal growth were analyzed and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results the pathological features of MALT lymphoma were found in 3 cases, including central cell-like cells, monocyte-like B cells, follicular implantation and lymphoepithelial lesions. The special feature is that the tumor cells grow in multiple dilated ducts and fill the whole ducts. The tumor cells in the ducts have a single appearance of mononuclear B cells. The tumor cells in the ducts are CD20 and bcl-2 (). By immunohistochemistry. Conclusion salivary gland MALT lymphoma with tumor cell growth in ducts may have some significance in the diagnosis of MALT lymphoma, but more samples should be collected to verify it.
