5種常用口腔材料的磁共振偽影比較

【摘要】:目的比較口腔科常用的3種金屬和2種陶瓷材料在0.35、1.5及3 T 3種場強磁共振成像(MRI)不同序列中形成偽影的差異。方法將3種金屬和2種陶瓷材料制作成同樣大小及厚度的中切牙內(nèi)冠,將其置入盛滿生理鹽水的塑料罐體中,分別在0.35、1.5和3.0 T的磁共振(MR)機(jī)中掃描獲得T1WI、T2WI影像。比較各種材料在不同場強的MR掃描中偽影的差異。結(jié)果氧化鋯在3種場強的MR機(jī)中掃描無明顯偽影;鑄造陶瓷偽影極輕微;貴金屬合金、烤瓷鎳鉻合金與烤瓷鈷鉻合金在3種場強MR掃描中均出現(xiàn)不同程度的偽影。結(jié)論氧化鋯、鑄造陶瓷這兩種常用口腔陶瓷材料基本無偽影或偽影極輕微。貴金屬合金、烤瓷鎳鉻合金與烤瓷鈷鉻合金3種常用口腔金屬材料易引起MRI偽影,且隨著主磁體場強增加,偽影面積增大。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the difference of artifacts between three kinds of metal and two kinds of ceramic materials commonly used in stomatology in three kinds of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) sequences of 0.35 ~ (1.5) and 3T respectively. Methods three kinds of metals and two kinds of ceramic materials were made into inner crowns of the same size and thickness of central incisors, which were placed in plastic tanks filled with normal saline. T1WI was obtained by scanning in a 0.35U 1.5 and 3.0T MRI (MR) machine, respectively. T2WI image. The artifacts of different materials in MR scanning with different field intensities were compared. Results Zirconia had no obvious artifacts in three kinds of field strength MR machines, the artifacts of cast ceramics were very slight, and the artifacts of noble metal alloys, porcelain Ni-Cr alloys and ceramic cobalt-chromium alloys were all different degrees in three kinds of field strength MR scans. Conclusion Zirconia and cast ceramics are two kinds of commonly used oral ceramic materials without artifacts or artifacts. Three kinds of oral metal materials, such as precious metal alloy, porcelain nickel chromium alloy and porcelain cobalt chromium alloy, are apt to cause MRI artifacts, and the artifact area increases with the increase of the field strength of the main magnet.
