TF鎳鈦器械根管成形效果的錐束CT研究

【摘要】:目的:使用錐束CT(CBCT),比較TF、K3、ProTaper 3種機(jī)用鎳鈦器械的根管成形效果。方法:選取27個(gè)重度彎曲樹(shù)脂模擬根管,隨機(jī)均分3組,用3種不同機(jī)用鎳鈦器械冠向下方法預(yù)備根管,預(yù)備前后均注入造影劑,采用CBCT對(duì)預(yù)備前后根管進(jìn)行掃描并收集數(shù)據(jù),評(píng)價(jià)樹(shù)脂模擬根管預(yù)備時(shí)間以及預(yù)備后的根管彎曲度變化、切削體積、橫截面面積變化、根管中心偏移量。結(jié)果:TF所需預(yù)備時(shí)間最短,根管彎曲度變化最小;ProTaper切削體積最大,與TF、K3相比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);橫截面面積變化上,距根尖孔2、3 mm處3組間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),距根尖孔1、4、5、6、7、8 mm處ProTaper與TF、K3之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);根管中心偏移量上,距根尖孔1、2、3 mm處3組間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:TF在預(yù)備重度彎曲樹(shù)脂模擬根管上所用時(shí)間短,偏移程度小,成形效果較理想,對(duì)樹(shù)脂的切削量較K3和ProTaper少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the root canal forming effect of three kinds of nickel titanium instruments used in TF,K3,ProTaper by cone-beam CT (CBCT),. Methods: 27 severe curved resin simulated root canals were randomly divided into 3 groups. The root canals were prepared with three different machines with nickel titanium instruments. Contrast agents were injected before and after preparation. CBCT was used to scan the root canals before and after preparation and to collect data. The changes of root canal curvature, cutting volume, cross section area and root canal center deviation were evaluated. Results: the preparation time of TF was the shortest, the change of root canal curvature was the least, the cutting volume of ProTaper was the largest, there was significant difference compared with TF,K3 (P0.05). There were significant differences between the three groups (P0.05) in 3 mm from the apical foramen, and between ProTaper and TF,K3 at 1 mm from the apical foramen (P0.05), and between the three groups at the central deviation of the root canal (P0.05) at 1 mm from the apical foramen (P0.05). Conclusion: TF has shorter time, less deviation, better forming effect and less cutting amount of resin than K3 and ProTaper in preparing heavy bending resin to simulate root canal.
