顴骨種植體支抗后牽引猴上頜骨骨縫反應(yīng)的組織學(xué)定量研究
[Abstract]:Objective to study the remodeling characteristics of maxillary associated suture under orthopedic force of implant Anchorage, and to explore the mechanism of posterior traction on the inhibition of maxillary growth. Methods four male rhesus monkeys were randomly divided into 3 groups (1. 5 month group, 2 3 months group and 1 control group). In the experimental group, microtitanium plate implants were implanted in the zygomatic body and the maxillary arch splint was worn. The animal model of maxillary traction was established by using a Ni-Ti helical pull spring with a unilateral force of 150g. The direction was parallel to the plane. Histopathological hematoxylin-eosin staining and computer histomorphometry were used to quantitatively analyze the changes of bone suture reaction. Results width of suture: the width of zygomatigomaxillary suture, pterygopalatine suture, transverse palatine suture and zygomaticotemporal suture decreased, and the width of palatine middle suture, frontomaxillary suture, sphenozygomatic suture and zygomatic frontal suture increased. Among them, the frontal and maxillary suture and sphenozygomatic suture increased significantly in 3 months group, but there was no significant difference between 1.5 month group and control group, but the decrease of zygomaticotemporal suture and pterygopalatine suture 1.5 month group was more obvious, but there was no significant difference compared with 3 month group. Cell density: under the action of posterior traction, the cell density of bone suture increased in 1.5 months group. With the extension of traction time, the cell density of zygomatigomaxillary suture, pterygopalatine suture, transverse palatine suture and zygomatic-zygomatic suture decreased. The density of sphenozygomatic suture and zygomatic frontal suture increased, showing the effect of distraction, and the results were consistent with the width of bone suture. However, with the further extension of traction time, the cell density of bone suture changed slightly. There was no significant difference in zygomatigomaxillary suture, pterygopalatine suture, palatine suture and frontomaxillary suture 1.5 months compared with 3 months group. Conclusion the maxillary bone has the tendency of backward compression and clockwise rotation under the action of posterior traction, and the zygomatic bone as the Anchorage bearing bone has a certain tendency of rotation. The posterior traction with a certain angle to the median sagittal plane has the effect of transverse expansion of the maxillary palatine suture.
