【摘要】：目的探討牙周炎患者口腔幽門螺桿菌(Hp)的分布特點(diǎn)及與牙周炎、胃Hp感染的關(guān)系,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選擇醫(yī)院2014年1月-2015年12月慢性牙周炎患者150例作為牙周炎組和牙周健康者150例作為對照組,牙周炎組分為輕度牙周炎患者93例、中度牙周炎患者31例,重度牙周炎患者26例;檢測口腔Hp和胃Hp感染情況。結(jié)果牙周炎組口腔Hp陽性率為82.7%顯著高于對照組48.0%(P0.05);牙周炎組胃Hp陽性率為85.3%高于對照組43.3%(P0.05);輕度牙周炎患者、中度牙周炎患者、重度牙周炎患者口腔Hp陽性率分別為78.5%、87.1%、92.3%均高于對照組患者48.0%(P0.05);重度牙周炎患者口腔Hp陽性率高于中度牙周炎患者,中度牙周炎患者口腔Hp陽性率高于輕度牙周炎患者,但比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;口腔Hp陽性患者胃Hp陽性率為91.1%高于口腔Hp陰性患者57.7%(P0.05)。結(jié)論慢性牙周炎患者口腔Hp陽性率高,口腔Hp感染和牙周炎及胃Hp感染關(guān)系密切。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and its relationship with periodontitis and gastric Hp infection in patients with periodontitis. Methods 150 patients with chronic periodontitis from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as periodontitis group and 150 healthy people as control group. The periodontitis group was divided into 93 patients with mild periodontitis and 31 patients with moderate periodontitis. The infection of oral Hp and gastric Hp was detected in 26 patients with severe periodontitis. Results the positive rate of oral Hp in periodontitis group was 82.7% significantly higher than that in control group (48.0%), the positive rate of gastric Hp in periodontitis group (85.3%) was higher than that in control group (43.3%), the positive rate of gastric Hp in mild periodontitis group was higher than that in moderate periodontitis group (P0.05). The positive rates of oral Hp in patients with severe periodontitis were 78.5% and 87.1%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (48.0%), the positive rates of oral Hp in patients with severe periodontitis were higher than those in patients with moderate periodontitis, the positive rates of oral Hp in patients with moderate periodontitis were higher than those in patients with mild periodontitis. The positive rate of gastric Hp in oral Hp positive patients was 91.1% higher than that in oral Hp negative patients 57.7% (P0.05). Conclusion the positive rate of oral Hp in patients with chronic periodontitis is high. There is a close relationship between oral Hp infection and periodontitis and gastric Hp infection.
