【摘要】：目的了解2015年呼和浩特地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)漢族中小學(xué)生齲齒患病流行現(xiàn)狀,為當(dāng)?shù)刂贫ㄖ行W(xué)生防齲策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法在呼和浩特4個(gè)城區(qū)和5個(gè)旗縣每個(gè)區(qū)域隨機(jī)抽取2所小學(xué)和2所中學(xué),每所學(xué)校的各個(gè)年級(jí)隨機(jī)抽取1個(gè)班的漢族學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象。以齲患率、齲失補(bǔ)構(gòu)成比、齲均為調(diào)查指標(biāo),并與1995年呼和浩特和2005年全國(guó)中小學(xué)生齲齒患病資料進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果本次調(diào)查受檢7 888人,總齲患2 514人,總齲患率為31.87%,齲失補(bǔ)總牙數(shù)5 674顆,總齲均0.72。與1995年相比,男、女生及城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)生總齲齒患病率均下降(χ~2值分別為229.440,260.295,29.179,12.016,P值均0.01)。與2005年全國(guó)中小學(xué)生齲齒患病資料差異不大。結(jié)論呼和浩特地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)漢族中小學(xué)生齲患情況有所好轉(zhuǎn),但當(dāng)?shù)卣拖嚓P(guān)部門仍然要加強(qiáng)學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)防治齲齒的宣傳教育工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of dental caries among primary and middle school students in urban and rural areas of Hohhot in 2015, and to provide scientific basis for formulating anti-caries strategies for primary and secondary school students. Methods two primary schools and two middle schools were randomly selected by stratified random cluster sampling method in 4 urban areas and 5 flag counties in Hohhot. One class of Han students in each school was randomly selected as the subjects. The prevalence rate of caries, the proportion of caries loss and the caries were compared with the data of primary and middle school students in 1995 and 2005 in Huhehaote and in 2005. Results among the 7 888 persons surveyed, 2 514 had total caries, the total caries rate was 31.87, the total number of teeth was 5 674, and the total caries were 0.72. Compared with 1995, the prevalence rate of dental caries in boys, girls and urban and rural students decreased (蠂 ~ 2 = 229.440260.295V 29.179m 12.016, P = 0.01). There was no significant difference between the data of dental caries in primary and middle school students in 2005 and that in 2005. Conclusion the prevalence of caries among primary and middle school students of Han nationality in Hohhot area has improved, but the local government and relevant departments should strengthen the propaganda and education of students and parents to prevent and cure dental caries.
