【摘要】：目的：分析選擇進(jìn)行可摘局部義齒修復(fù)患者的個(gè)人基本情況、人格特征與其對(duì)修復(fù)效果期望值、滿意度的相關(guān)性,探討人格因素在患者修復(fù)治療整體過程中產(chǎn)生的影響。方法：選擇在新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院口腔修復(fù)科進(jìn)行可摘局部義齒修復(fù)患者258例(維族129例A組,漢族129例B組),采用基本情況調(diào)查表、艾森克人格問卷、期望值調(diào)研表、滿意度調(diào)研表進(jìn)行調(diào)研,并應(yīng)用F檢驗(yàn)、均數(shù)、t檢驗(yàn)、方差分析、偏相關(guān)分析等統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果：1.漢族、維吾爾族進(jìn)行RPD修復(fù)的患者在人格特征上存在一定的差異性,維族男性患者較漢族男性患者更具有精神質(zhì)傾向P0.05。2.男性、女性進(jìn)行RPD修復(fù)的患者在人格特征上存在一定的差異性,女性情緒化更為明顯P0.05。3.人格特征可以影響患者對(duì)RPD修復(fù)效果的期望值和滿意度評(píng)價(jià)。外向型、情緒穩(wěn)定、精神質(zhì)不明顯者更易具有較為客觀的期望值和滿意度評(píng)價(jià)。而內(nèi)向型、情緒波動(dòng)較大、高精神質(zhì)者則已出現(xiàn)不切實(shí)際的期望值和非客觀性滿意度評(píng)價(jià)。4.進(jìn)行RPD修復(fù)的患者期望值與滿意度在咀嚼力、美觀性呈負(fù)相關(guān),在語言力上呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論：兩民族RPD修復(fù)患者的人格特征對(duì)治療期望值和滿意度均有影響；兩民族RPD修復(fù)患者的治療期望值與滿意度呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the individual basic situation of patients with removable partial dentures and the correlation between personality characteristics and their expectations and satisfaction, and to explore the influence of personality factors on the whole process of patients' repair. Methods: 258 patients with removable partial dentures (group A of Uygur 129 cases, group B of Han nationality 129 cases) were selected from the Department of Stomatology Restoration of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. The basic information questionnaire, the Eysenck Personality questionnaire and the expected value questionnaire were used. The satisfaction survey table was used to analyze the data using F test, mean t test, variance analysis, partial correlation analysis and so on. The result is 1: 1. There were some differences in personality characteristics among the patients with RPD repair in Han and Uygur nationality. Uygur male patients had more psychoticism tendency than Han male patients (P0.05.2). There was a certain difference in personality characteristics between male and female patients with RPD repair, and female emotion was more obvious (P0.05.3). Personality traits can affect patients' expectations and satisfaction with RPD repair. Extroverted, emotionally stable and psychotic were more likely to have objective expectations and satisfaction evaluation. Introverted, emotional fluctuations, high psychoticism has appeared unrealistic expectations and non-objective satisfaction evaluation. 4. There was a negative correlation between the expected value of RPD repair and satisfaction in masticatory power, beauty, and positive correlation in language ability. Conclusion: the personality characteristics of patients with RPD repair in both nationalities have influence on the expected value of treatment and satisfaction, and the expectation of RPD repair in both nationalities is negatively correlated with the degree of satisfaction.
