Advansync功能矯治器在多頜位下前導(dǎo)下頜的有限元分析
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a finite element model of maxillary mandible, dentition and temporomandibular joint Advansync functional appliance to guide the mandible forward, and to explore the position of maxillary position and maxillary opening in the interlocking position of the cusp, mandible position and maximal opening position. Effect of mandibular forward movement and its effect on labial inclination and anatomic conjunctive plane of lower incisor. Methods: the patients with II class 1 were scanned by CBCT (Cone beam CT) to get the image data of DICOM format. Mimics17 software was used to read the data of DICOM format, to establish the upper and lower jaw and dentition models, to export the stl format to save, to import Geomagic Studio2014 software to optimize the model, and to use the 3D modeling software Unigraphics NX8.5 for computer image processing. The three kinds of 3D models of maxillary position were imported into ANSYS Workbench15.0 software and the Advansync 3D finite element model of three kinds of maxillary position was established and analyzed. Results: a three dimensional finite element model of Advansync functional orthodontic mandible with MBT straight wire appliance was obtained in three maxillary positions. Under the action of Advansync functional appliance, the lower incisor moved forward and downward during the movement from closing to opening, and the anatomic plane tended to rotate clockwise. Conclusion: the results suggest that Advansync functional appliance can promote the whole mandibular reconstruction.
