【摘要】：為了提高Abbe瓣的臨床使用率和成功率,筆者結(jié)合對Abbe瓣蒂的解剖學(xué)測量及國外學(xué)者的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了在Abbe瓣蒂對側(cè)下唇黏膜建立窗口法的流程,以精確定位下唇動(dòng)脈的解剖狀況,同時(shí)保留瓣蒂側(cè)下唇黏膜的Abbe瓣蒂制備方法。這樣既可以提高Abbe瓣轉(zhuǎn)移修復(fù)上唇的靈活性,又能有效保證Abbe瓣的成活率,達(dá)到安全與上下唇唇紅形態(tài)俱佳的目的。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the clinical utilization rate and success rate of Abbe valve, the authors combined with the anatomical measurement of Abbe flap pedicle and the experience of foreign scholars, put forward the procedure of establishing window method on the contralateral lower lip mucosa of Abbe flap pedicle, in order to accurately locate the anatomical condition of inferior labial artery. At the same time, the preparation method of Abbe flap pedicle with preserving the lower lip mucosa of pedicle. This can not only improve the flexibility of Abbe flap transfer to repair upper lip, but also effectively guarantee the survival rate of Abbe flap, and achieve the goal of safety and red shape of upper and lower lip.
