【摘要】：目的了解四川省12歲兒童組(1998年出生)在2010年和2011年的患齲狀況,監(jiān)測齲病的患病趨勢,為四川省口腔衛(wèi)生保健規(guī)劃提供信息和科學依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)WHO口腔健康調(diào)查基本方法,采用多階段、分層隨機抽樣,抽取四川省12歲兒童(1998年出生)733名,對其患齲狀況連續(xù)調(diào)查2年(2010年和2011年)。采用SPSS 17.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果四川省12歲兒童的患齲率、齲均及齲面均分別為34.8%、0.93、1.09,1年后兒童的患齲率、齲均及齲面均顯著升高(44.3%、1.08、1.40)(P0.01)。恒牙萌出數(shù)女性高于男性(P0.05)。兒童2010年和2011年的顯著性齲均指數(shù)分別為2.54、2.90,齲補充填比分別為4.2%、6.5%,1年間的齲齒發(fā)病率為9.6%。結論四川省12歲兒童恒牙的患齲率較高,隨著年齡的增加患齲情況呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢,齲病治療情況差,齲齒發(fā)病率較高,應立即采取各種預防治療措施以降低齲齒發(fā)病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of dental caries in 12-year-old children (born in 1998) in Sichuan Province in 2010 and 2011, and to monitor the prevalence trend of dental caries in order to provide information and scientific basis for the planning of oral health care in Sichuan province. Methods according to the basic method of WHO oral health survey, 733 children aged 12 (born in 1998) in Sichuan province were selected by multi-stage, stratified random sampling, and their caries status was investigated for 2 years (2010 and 2011). SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results the incidence rate of caries, mean caries and caries surface of children aged 12 in Sichuan Province were 34.80.39 and 0.931.09, respectively. After one year, the incidence of caries, mean caries and caries surface of children were significantly increased (44.3% 1.081.40) (P0.01). The number of permanent teeth eruption in women was higher than that in men (P0.05). The significant caries mean index of children in 2010 and 2011 were 2.54 and 2.90 respectively, and the caries filling ratio was 4.26.5. the incidence rate of caries was 9.6% in one year. Conclusion the dental caries rate of 12-year-old children in Sichuan Province is high, and the incidence of dental caries is increasing with the increase of age. The treatment of caries is poor and the incidence of dental caries is high. Therefore, all kinds of preventive measures should be taken immediately to reduce the incidence of caries.
