【摘要】：舌側(cè)隱形牙齒矯正器具有安全、美觀等特點(diǎn),虛擬牙齒矯正系統(tǒng)為其廣泛應(yīng)用提供了技術(shù)支持。本文主要研究虛擬牙齒矯正系統(tǒng)中牙齒的分割方法及實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了牙頜三角網(wǎng)格模型的STL文件格式與三角網(wǎng)格分割方法,使用基于二次誤差度量的方法簡(jiǎn)化模型,并保留了牙頜模型的細(xì)節(jié)信息。在簡(jiǎn)化后的模型上計(jì)算輪廓線能提高運(yùn)行效率,使用輪廓線分割原始模型可以保留了原始的牙齒數(shù)據(jù)。本文詳細(xì)分析了網(wǎng)格分割方法中的手動(dòng)勾畫分割方法與自動(dòng)分割算法,首先實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于勾畫的牙齒分割方法,用戶通過(guò)鼠標(biāo)在三維牙頜模型表面上勾畫、標(biāo)明輪廓線,該方法較為繁瑣耗時(shí)。然后使用基于分水嶺的牙齒分割方法計(jì)算牙齒輪廓線,實(shí)現(xiàn)了牙齒分割。針對(duì)分水嶺算法存在過(guò)分割現(xiàn)象與鋸齒狀輪廓線的問(wèn)題,本文提出基于三次B樣條的牙齒分割方法,在分水嶺算法計(jì)算牙齒輪廓線的基礎(chǔ)上,使用三次B樣條方法修改輪廓線。該方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)輪廓線的局部調(diào)整與光順,操作簡(jiǎn)單、方便。為進(jìn)一步提高矯正系統(tǒng)的分牙效率,本文提出了基于交線曲率特征的牙齒分割方法。該方法通過(guò)建立自定義頜平面裁剪無(wú)意義的底座部分,在用戶交互標(biāo)記牙齒的基礎(chǔ)上,使用多平面切割得到牙齒交線,計(jì)算交線上閾值內(nèi)的離散曲率極值點(diǎn)坐標(biāo),通過(guò)連接極值點(diǎn)的方式生成牙齒輪廓線。本文提出了基于三次B樣條的牙齒分割方法,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明該方法能穩(wěn)定高效、精確地調(diào)整牙齒輪廓線。針對(duì)牙頜網(wǎng)格模型分割,本文提出了基于交線曲率的牙齒分割方法,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明該方法可以精確定位出滿足系統(tǒng)要求的牙齒輪廓。
[Abstract]:The lingual invisible orthodontic device is safe and beautiful, and the virtual orthodontic system provides technical support for its wide application. This paper mainly studies the method and Realization of tooth segmentation in the virtual orthodontic system. The method of quadratic error measurement simplifies the model and retains the details of the tooth and jaw model. Calculating contour lines on the simplified model can improve the efficiency of operation, and using contour lines to segment the original model can retain the original tooth data. Firstly, a tooth segmentation method based on sketch is implemented. The user draws the outline on the surface of the three-dimensional dental model with the mouse. This method is tedious and time-consuming. In this paper, a method of tooth segmentation based on cubic B-spline is proposed. The contour is modified by cubic B-spline method on the basis of the tooth contour calculated by watershed algorithm. A method of tooth segmentation based on the curvature feature of intersection lines is proposed in this paper.The meaningless base of custom jaw plane clipping is established.On the basis of user's interactive labeling of teeth,the intersection lines of teeth are obtained by multi-plane cutting.The coordinates of discrete curvature extremum points in the threshold of intersection lines are calculated,and the tooth wheels are generated by connecting the extremum points. In this paper, a tooth profile segmentation method based on cubic B-spline is proposed. Experiments show that this method can adjust tooth profile stably, efficiently and accurately.
