【摘要】：目的采用多普勒血流儀檢測(cè)年輕上頜切牙的牙髓組織血流量(PBF),分析年齡對(duì)PBF的影響。方法采用激光多普勒血流儀檢測(cè)7~13歲兒童(兒童組)、18~25歲青年人(陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組)的上頜中切牙和側(cè)切牙的PBF,以已行根管治療的上頜中切牙的PBF為陰性對(duì)照組。對(duì)各組PBF以及不同性別、牙位間的PBF進(jìn)行比較,同時(shí)分析上頜中切牙與側(cè)切牙PBF間的關(guān)系,以及兒童組上頜切牙PBF與年齡間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果兒童組中切牙、側(cè)切牙的PBF分別為(11.31±2.21)、(12.18±2.65)PU,陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組中切牙、側(cè)切牙的PBF分別為(8.49±1.88)、(7.52±1.82)PU,陰性對(duì)照組中切牙PBF為(2.08±0.73)PU。各組間同名牙及組內(nèi)中切牙與側(cè)切牙間均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.01),而左右側(cè)同名牙之間、不同性別間均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。中切牙、側(cè)切牙PBF與年齡呈線性負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,Pearson相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為-0.310和-0.510(P0.01)。結(jié)論 7~13歲兒童正常上頜切牙PBF值隨著年齡的增加而減小。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of age on PBF in young maxillary incisors by using Doppler flow analyzer (Doppler Flowmeter). Methods the PBF, of maxillary central incisor and lateral incisor in children (children group) 1825 years old were detected by laser Doppler flow analyzer. The PBF of maxillary central incisor treated with root canal was used as negative control group. The relationship between PBF of maxillary central incisor and lateral incisor and the relationship between PBF and age of maxillary incisor were analyzed. Results the PBF of central incisor and lateral incisor were (11.31 鹵2.21), (12.18 鹵2.65) PU, positive controls, respectively, and the PBF of lateral incisors were (8.49 鹵1.88), (7.52 鹵1.82) PU, negative PU, controls were (2.08 鹵0.73) PU.. There was statistical difference between each group (P0.01) and between the central incisor and lateral incisor (P0.01), but there was no statistical difference between the left and right eponymous teeth (P0.05). The correlation coefficients of PBF and age were -0.310 and -0.510 respectively (P0.01). Conclusion the PBF values of normal maxillary incisors in children aged 7 to 13 years decreased with the increase of age.
