【摘要】：目的了解西安市3~7歲兒童乳牙患齲現(xiàn)況,為有效防控兒童乳牙齲齒奠定科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。方法本研究采用整群抽樣方法,抽取西安市城區(qū)內(nèi)45所幼兒園內(nèi)的12 005名兒童進(jìn)行口腔健康檢查,并調(diào)查兒童的一般人口學(xué)特征。結(jié)果西安市3~7歲兒童乳牙患齲率、齲均和充填率分別為55.80%、2.45和8.14%,男女兒童乳牙患齲率和乳牙齲均之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,3~7歲年齡組兒童乳牙患齲率分別為45.22%、55.89%、61.81%和65.37%,乳牙齲均分別為1.69、2.46、2.87和3.12,乳牙充填率分別為3.08%、7.04%、10.29%和13.45%。兒童乳牙患齲率、齲均和充填率均有跟隨兒童年齡增加而逐年增加的趨向。左右同名牙位患齲率明顯對(duì)稱,患齲率最高的是上頜雙側(cè)乳中切牙,其次為雙側(cè)下頜第二乳磨牙。結(jié)論西安市3~7歲兒童乳牙患齲率仍然處于較高水平,應(yīng)加大口腔健康教育力度,盡早采取有效干預(yù)措施,降低乳牙齲病對(duì)兒童健康的損害。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of caries in children aged 3 to 7 years old in Xi'an, and to lay a scientific foundation for the prevention and control of caries in children. Methods using cluster sampling method, 12 005 children in 45 kindergartens in Xi'an city were selected for oral health examination, and the general demographic characteristics of children were investigated. Results the caries rate of children aged 3 years old and 7 years old in Xi'an city was analyzed. The caries mean and filling rates were 55.80 and 8.14, respectively. There was no significant difference in caries and caries of primary teeth between male and female children aged 37 years. The caries rate of primary teeth in the age group of 35.22 years was 45.229.89% and 61.81%, respectively. The caries of primary teeth were 1.692.462.87 and 3.12, respectively. The filling rates of primary teeth were 3.087.047.0410.29% and 13.4545 respectively. The incidence of caries, average caries and filling rates of children with primary teeth increased year by year with the increase of children's age. The caries rate of left and right teeth with the same name was significantly symmetrical, and the incidence of caries was the highest in the maxillary bilateral central deciduous incisors, followed by the bilateral mandibular second primary molars. Conclusion the dental caries rate of children aged 3 to 7 years old in Xi'an is still at a high level. Oral health education should be strengthened and effective intervention measures should be taken as soon as possible to reduce the damage to children's health caused by caries of deciduous teeth.
