【摘要】：牙周病是由菌斑始動(dòng)的發(fā)生在牙周組織的慢性非特異性感染,宿主的免疫炎癥反應(yīng)被認(rèn)為是牙周破壞的主要機(jī)制。妊娠代表了一種特殊的免疫狀態(tài),影響牙周病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。該文總結(jié)妊娠與牙周炎癥關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)展,探討其與牙周健康的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Periodontal disease is a chronic nonspecific infection of periodontal tissue initiated by plaque. The host immune inflammation is considered to be the main mechanism of periodontal destruction. Pregnancy represents a special immune state that affects the occurrence and development of periodontal disease. This article summarizes the research progress of the relationship between pregnancy and periodontitis and discusses the relationship between pregnancy and periodontal health.
