【摘要】：目的研究蘭州市部分成人離體前磨牙的解剖外形及其根管的解剖形態(tài)特點(diǎn)。方法收集蘭州市成人離體前磨牙190顆,其中上頜第一前磨牙54顆,上頜第二前磨牙46顆,下頜第一前磨牙50顆,下頜第二前磨牙40顆,用精度為0.02 mm的游標(biāo)卡尺測量收集到的前磨牙的牙體各項(xiàng)長度指標(biāo),通過錐形束CT資料觀察根管形態(tài)及類型,使用SPSS 13.0軟件行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果獲得蘭州市部分成人離體前磨牙解剖形態(tài)和根管類型數(shù)據(jù),牙體各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)測量值均呈正態(tài)分布,牙根長度和牙體長度差異較大,前磨牙的根管形態(tài)以Ⅰ型和Ⅳ型為主。結(jié)論前磨牙解剖外形特征總體穩(wěn)定,但根長和牙長的變異情況較大,在臨床操作中應(yīng)予以注意。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the anatomic appearance and anatomic characteristics of root canals of adult premolars in Lanzhou. Methods 190 adult premolars were collected, including 54 maxillary first premolars, 46 maxillary second premolars, 50 mandibular first premolars and 40 mandibular second premolars. The tooth length of premolar was measured by Vernier calipers with precision of 0.02 mm. The shape and type of root canals were observed by conical CT data. SPSS 13.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results the anatomic morphology and root canal type data of some adult premolars in Lanzhou City were obtained. The measured values of tooth parameters were normal distribution. The root length and tooth length of premolar were different. The root canal morphology of premolar was mainly type 鈪，
