【摘要】：目的:探討B(tài)eyond冷光美白治療前應(yīng)用VivaSens脫敏劑對美白術(shù)后牙齒敏感治療的有效性及對美白效果的影響,闡明其在冷光美白術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:選擇門診牙齒冷光美白患者15例,共299顆患牙。以患者的上頜牙列或下頜牙列(包括前牙及前磨牙)的牙列整體作為觀察單位,隨機(jī)確定每個(gè)患者上頜牙列或下頜牙列作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者15例,共150顆患牙,其中上頜牙列8個(gè),下頜牙列7個(gè);對照組15例,共149顆患牙,其中上頜牙列7個(gè),下頜牙列8個(gè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組術(shù)前使用VivaSens脫敏劑,對照組應(yīng)用安慰劑。術(shù)前、術(shù)后應(yīng)用探針測試法和冷空氣測試法測定并記錄患者患牙的敏感度,記為0~10。術(shù)后發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,詢問術(shù)后24和48h有無牙齒敏感癥狀。術(shù)前、術(shù)后應(yīng)用Vita比色板進(jìn)行比色并做色階記錄。結(jié)果:術(shù)后即刻,實(shí)驗(yàn)組101顆患牙(94.0%)和對照組全部患牙(100%)出現(xiàn)了牙本質(zhì)敏感,牙本質(zhì)敏感發(fā)生率組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);術(shù)后24h,實(shí)驗(yàn)組有22顆患牙(14.7%)、對照組有75顆患牙(50.3%)仍有牙本質(zhì)敏感癥狀,牙本質(zhì)敏感發(fā)生率組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);術(shù)后48h,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患牙牙本質(zhì)敏感癥狀均消失,對照組仍有16顆患牙(10.7%)有牙本質(zhì)敏感癥狀,牙本質(zhì)敏感發(fā)生率組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組各階段牙本質(zhì)敏感度均低于對照組(P0.05)。Vita比色板比色,術(shù)后與術(shù)前比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組均提高了約5個(gè)色階,2組間美白效果比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:VivaSens脫敏劑能有效降低冷光美白術(shù)后牙本質(zhì)敏感發(fā)生率和敏感度,而且不影響冷光美白的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of VivaSens desensitizer on the treatment of tooth sensitivities after whitening after Beyond and its effect on whitening, and to elucidate the value of VivaSens desensitizer in the operation of cold light whitening. Methods: a total of 299 teeth were selected from 15 patients with tooth whitening. The maxillary dentition or mandibular dentition (including anterior teeth and premolars) was taken as the observation unit, and each patient's maxillary dentition or mandibular dentition was randomly selected as the experimental group and the control group. There were 15 patients in the experimental group with 150 teeth, including 8 maxillary dentition and 7 mandibular dentition, while in the control group, there were 149 teeth, including 7 maxillary dentition and 8 mandibular dentition. VivaSens desensitizer was used before operation in the experimental group and placebo was used in the control group. Before and after operation, the sensitivity of the affected teeth was measured and recorded by probe test and cold air test. Questionnaires were sent out after operation to ask if there were any symptoms of tooth sensitivity 24 and 48 hours after operation. Before and after operation, Vita colorimetric plate was used for colorimetry and color scale was recorded. Results: immediately after operation, 101 teeth (94.0%) in the experimental group and 100% (100%) in the control group developed dentin sensitivity. There were significant differences in the incidence of dentin sensitivity between the two groups (P0.01), 22 teeth (14.7%) in the experimental group and 75 teeth (50.3%) in the control group at 24 hours after operation. There was significant difference in the incidence of dentin sensitivity between the two groups (P0.01), and at 48h after operation, the symptoms of dentine sensitivity disappeared in the experimental group and 16 teeth (10.7%) in the control group. There was significant difference in the incidence of dentin sensitivity between the two groups (P 0.01). The sensitivity of dentin in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05) .Vita colorimetric plate colorimetry was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in the whitening effect between the experimental group and the control group (P0.05). ConclusionViva Sens desensitizer can effectively reduce the incidence and sensitivity of dentin sensitivity after cold light whitening, and does not affect the effect of cold light whitening.
