種植體支持上頜中切牙的有限元分析

【摘要】:目的:研究使用種植體支持上頜中切牙所需要的恰當(dāng)規(guī)格。方法:本實(shí)驗(yàn)使用一位覆合覆蓋正常、骨量符合種植要求的、中切缺失患者的CBCT數(shù)據(jù),利用Mimics、Ansys、Pro-E等軟件,建立上頜骨片段、植體、基臺、冠等三維有限元模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析相同載荷下隨種植體規(guī)格的變化,種植體周圍骨、種植本身和基臺的應(yīng)力分布及變化情況。結(jié)果:1、使用錐形束CT、Mimics 17.0、Solidworks Premium 2014、Geomagic Studio 12.0、Pro-E等,建立了1個骨塊、1個冠、1個基臺和24個植體等三維有限元分析模型。2、在斜向靜態(tài)載荷作用下,種植體周圍骨應(yīng)力隨種植體規(guī)格增加而減小;種植體直徑變化比長度改變對骨應(yīng)力影響更明顯。種植體應(yīng)力主要集中于其頸部,并隨其規(guī)格增大而減小;_應(yīng)力主要集中于與種植體接觸區(qū),并且隨種植體規(guī)格增大而減小。結(jié)論:在該實(shí)驗(yàn)規(guī)定的條件下,我們從骨閾值理論的角度出發(fā),篩選出了適宜于支持上頜中切牙種植體的理論數(shù)據(jù)。修復(fù)上頜中切牙所能選用植體的最小規(guī)格為φ3.2mm xL10mm。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the appropriate specifications of maxillary central incisor with implants. Methods: in this experiment, the CBCT data of a patient with normal coverage and bone mass in accordance with implant requirements were used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of maxillary fragments, implants, bases and crowns by using Mimics,Ansys,Pro-E and other software. On this basis, the stress distribution and changes of the surrounding bone, the implant itself and the abutment were analyzed under the same load with the implant size. Results: 1. Using CT,Mimics 17.0Solidworks Premium 2014Geomagic Studio 12.0Pro-E, a three-dimensional finite element analysis model of bone mass, one crown, one base and 24 implants was established. Under oblique static loading, the bone stress around the implant decreased with the increase of implant size. The influence of implant diameter on bone stress was more obvious than that of length. The stress of implant is mainly concentrated on its neck and decreases with the increase of its size. The stress of the abutment is mainly concentrated in the contact area with the implant and decreases with the increase of implant size. Conclusion: under the conditions specified in the experiment, we selected the theoretical data suitable for supporting maxillary central incisor implants from the point of view of bone threshold theory. The minimum size of implant selection for maxillary central incisor restoration is 蠁 3.2mm xL10mm.
