【摘要】：目的:分析頜骨骨折內(nèi)固定術(shù)后拆除鈦板原因及其影響因素,為提高臨床治療效果提供理論依據(jù)。方法:收集我院2011年——2015年40例頜骨骨折堅強(qiáng)內(nèi)固定術(shù)術(shù)后拆板患者相關(guān)資料,對術(shù)后拆除鈦板病例的拆板原因進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對其影響因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:本組術(shù)后拆板的原因主要有:局部感染18例、患者要求14例、鈦板外露4例、鈦板斷裂1例、鈦板松動1例、局部反復(fù)腫脹1例、其他手術(shù)同期取出1例。結(jié)論:對于有明顯臨床癥狀的患者,如:局部流膿、鈦板外露、鈦板斷裂、鈦板松動、種植需要等,可行相關(guān)手術(shù)取出鈦板。對于無明顯癥狀的鈦板不主張手術(shù)取板。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the causes and influencing factors of removing titanium plate after internal fixation of jaw fracture. Methods: the data of 40 patients with rigid internal fixation of maxillary fracture were collected in our hospital from 2011 to 2015. The causes of removal of titanium plate were summarized and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results: there were 18 cases of local infection, 14 cases of patients' request, 4 cases of exposed titanium plate, 1 case of rupture of titanium plate, 1 case of loose plate, 1 case of local repeated swelling and 1 case of other operation. Conclusion: for patients with obvious clinical symptoms, such as local pus, exposure of titanium plate, rupture of titanium plate, loosening of titanium plate, need of implantation, it is feasible to remove titanium plate. Surgical removal is not recommended for titanium plates without obvious symptoms.
