4種暫封材料冠方微滲漏的對比研究

【摘要】:目的:體式顯微鏡下觀察4種暫封材料冠方微滲漏的情況。方法:收集80顆新鮮拔除的人離體牙,常規(guī)根管治療后,隨機(jī)均分為4組,分別用Cavition、玻璃離子水門汀(glass ionomer cement,GIC)、HY-BOND(HB)暫時(shí)用水門汀及Clip F暫時(shí)封閉窩洞。將離體牙放在37℃恒溫水浴箱24h后,室溫下浸泡于1%的印度墨汁中7d,然后用金剛砂片將牙齒頰舌向切開為兩半,在體式顯微鏡下觀察染料滲入的程度。結(jié)果:4種暫封材料冠方微滲漏的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);其冠方微滲漏的排序由高到低依次為:HY-BOND暫時(shí)用水門汀CavitionGICClip-F,組間兩兩比較時(shí)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:本次離體實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),Clip-F的冠方暫封封閉比較好。
