Pik3cb在小鼠下頜第一磨牙牙胚發(fā)育不同階段的表達(dá)研究

【摘要】:目的:檢測Pik3cb在小鼠下頜第一磨牙牙胚發(fā)育不同階段的表達(dá)分布及變化規(guī)律,進(jìn)一步揭示Pik3cb對牙形態(tài)發(fā)生的影響。方法:制備原位雜交探針,及小鼠牙胚發(fā)育標(biāo)志時(shí)間點(diǎn)的牙胚冰凍切片,通過原位雜交方法進(jìn)一步顯示Pik3cb在小鼠下頜第一磨牙牙胚發(fā)育不同時(shí)期的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果:蕾狀期Pik3cb明顯表達(dá)于牙板上皮,帽狀期開始大量表達(dá)于釉上皮與牙乳頭,進(jìn)入鐘狀期表達(dá)部位趨于集中,尤以內(nèi)釉上皮及后續(xù)新形成硬組織周圍的高柱狀成釉細(xì)胞處最為明顯。結(jié)論:Pik3cb在牙源性上皮及成釉細(xì)胞表達(dá),并可能通過PI3K/PTEN/AKT/mTOR信號通路與成釉細(xì)胞瘤行為相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and distribution of Pik3cb in different stages of mouse first molar development in order to reveal the effect of Pik3cb on tooth morphogenesis. Methods: the in situ hybridization probe and the frozen sections of mouse tooth germ development markers were prepared. The expression of Pik3cb in different stages of mouse first molar tooth development was further demonstrated by in situ hybridization. Results: Pik3cb was expressed in the lamellar epithelium in bud stage, and in enamel epithelium and dental papilla in cap stage. The inner enamel epithelium and the high columnar ameloblasts around the new hard tissue were the most obvious. Conclusion the expression of Pik3cb in odontogenic epithelium and ameloblast may be related to the behavior of ameloblastoma through PI3K/PTEN/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.
