磨牙缺失對幼年大鼠認知功能的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討不同數(shù)目磨牙缺失對幼年大鼠認知能力的影響。方法:健康幼年大鼠60只隨機分成3、6、9、12顆磨牙缺失組、麻醉對照、正常對照6組。在造模后1周,采用Morris水迷宮系統(tǒng)測試各組大鼠學習記憶能力,每周1次,連續(xù)6周。結(jié)果:9顆、12顆磨牙缺失組間大鼠游泳平均逃逸潛伏期(the swimming average escape latency,SAEL)無明顯差異,但均顯著高于其它4組(P0.001);6顆磨牙缺失組大鼠與3顆磨牙缺失組、麻醉組及正常對照組間SAEL比較有差異(P0.05);3顆磨牙缺失組、麻醉組及正常對照組組間SAEL比較均無顯著性差異(P0.05)。各磨牙缺失組大鼠隨著磨牙缺失數(shù)目的增多tP/tT值有逐漸下降趨勢,9顆、12顆磨牙缺失組間比較無差異(P0.05)與其余各組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但3顆磨牙缺失組與正常組及麻醉組間tP/tT值無明顯差異(P0.05),其他各磨牙缺失組與正常組及麻醉組間tP/tT值均有差異(P0.05)。不同數(shù)目磨牙缺失的四組大鼠與麻醉組和正常組在造模前及造模后六周中體重變化組間比較無差異(P0.05)結(jié)論:較多數(shù)目磨牙缺失會對幼年大鼠的認知能力造成不同程度的損傷,而個別磨牙缺失對大鼠的認知功能無顯著性影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of different number of molar loss on cognitive ability of young rats. Methods: sixty healthy young rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 12), anesthetic control group (n = 6) and normal control group (n = 6). Morris water maze system was used to test the ability of learning and memory once a week for 6 weeks. Results there was no significant difference in the average escape latency of (the swimming average escape latencies (the swimming average escape latencies) between the two groups, but they were significantly higher than those in the other four groups (P0. 001). There was significant difference in SAEL between anesthetic group and normal control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in SAEL between anesthetic group and normal control group (P0.05). With the increase of the number of molar missing, the tP/tT value of each molar missing group decreased gradually. There was no significant difference between 9 and 12 molar missing groups (P0.05) compared with the other groups (P0.05), but the three molar missing group and the other groups had no significant difference (P0.05). There was no significant difference in tP/tT value between normal group and anesthetic group (P0.05), but there was significant difference in tP/tT value between other molar missing group and normal group and anesthesia group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight changes between the four groups with different number of molar defects and the anesthetic group and the normal group (P0.05). Conclusion: the cognitive ability of the young rats was damaged by more number of molar loss than that of the anesthetic group and the normal group (P0.05). However, the loss of individual molars had no significant effect on the cognitive function of rats.
