【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用曲面斷層技術(shù)分析混合牙列期兒童恒牙數(shù)目及形態(tài)異常的發(fā)生情況。方法收集2011年9月—2013年9月就診的5~15歲混合牙列期兒童的曲面斷層片,共納入4 347張,觀察記錄先天缺牙、多生牙、牙瘤、過(guò)小牙、融合牙、彎曲牙和畸形牙尖的發(fā)生情況。應(yīng)用SPSS 16.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件分析所得數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果牙齒數(shù)目及形態(tài)異常的患病率為31.79%(1 382/4 347),男性多于女性,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。先天缺牙為最常見(jiàn)的牙齒數(shù)目及形態(tài)異常,患病率為15.00%(652/4 347),女性多見(jiàn);其次為多生牙,患病率為12.61%(548/4 347),男性多見(jiàn)(P0.05)。過(guò)小牙、彎曲牙患病率分別為4.00%(174/4 347)和2.16%(94/4 347),畸形牙尖、牙瘤、融合牙較少見(jiàn),分別為0.74%(32/4 347)、0.51%(22/4 347)、0.39%(17/4 347)。結(jié)論混合牙列期兒童恒牙數(shù)目及形態(tài)異常的患病率較高,先天缺牙和多生牙最常見(jiàn)。應(yīng)用曲面斷層技術(shù)進(jìn)行檢查,可早期發(fā)現(xiàn)牙齒發(fā)育異常。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the occurrence of abnormal number and shape of permanent teeth in children with mixed dentition by curved surface tomography. Methods from September 2011 to September 2013, a total of 4,347 curved surface tomograms of children aged 5 or 15 years old with mixed dentition were collected and recorded. The occurrence of congenital missing teeth, multiple teeth, odontomas, small teeth, fused teeth, curved teeth and malformed cusps were observed and recorded. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results the prevalence of abnormal number and shape of teeth was 31.79% (1 382 / 4 347), which was significantly higher in males than in females (P0.05). Congenital tooth defect was the most common abnormal number and shape of teeth, the prevalence rate was 15.00% (652 / 4 347), followed by overdentures (12.61%) and males (P0.05). The prevalence of curved teeth was 4.00% (174 / 4 347) and 2.16% (94 / 4 347) respectively. Malformed cusps, odontoids and fused teeth were rare, 0.74% (32 / 4 347) or 0.51% (22 / 4 347) or 0.39% (17 / 4 347), respectively. Conclusion the prevalence of abnormal number and shape of permanent teeth in children with mixed dentition is higher than that in children with congenital and supernumerary teeth. The abnormal tooth development can be found in the early stage by using the curved surface tomographic technique.
