【摘要】：目的:運(yùn)用錐形束CT分析下頜中切牙的根管數(shù)目和形態(tài)特征,為臨床治療提供參考。方法:篩選就診于上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院的150例患者的CBCT圖像。其中,男79例,女71例,共295顆下頜恒中切牙,對(duì)根管的數(shù)目以及形態(tài)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:61%的下頜中切牙具有1個(gè)根管。具有雙根管的下頜中切牙占39%,其中8.8%的牙有獨(dú)立的2個(gè)根尖孔。結(jié)論:本組下頜中切牙具有雙根管的比例為39%,與其他有關(guān)不同人種下頜中切牙雙根管的研究結(jié)果一致。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the root canal number and morphological characteristics of mandibular central incisor by conical beam CT, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: the CBCT images of 150 patients in the Ninth people's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College were screened. Among them, 79 males and 71 females, 295 mandibular centeral incisors, the number and morphology of root canals were analyzed. Results: 61% of the mandibular central incisors had one root canal. There were 39 central incisors with double root canals, of which 8.8% had two separate apical foramen. Conclusion: the ratio of double root canals in mandibular central incisors is 39.
