【摘要】：目的 :研究上海地區(qū)青少年下頜骨的生長(zhǎng)時(shí)機(jī)及生長(zhǎng)量。方法 :選擇上海地區(qū)480例(男、女各240例)青少年X線頭顱側(cè)位定位片,按性別和頸椎骨成熟度分期法(cervical vertebral maturation method,CVM)分組、測(cè)量,應(yīng)用SPSS15.0軟件包計(jì)算各測(cè)量項(xiàng)目的均數(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差,采用獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)比較相鄰2組測(cè)量結(jié)果的差異,并計(jì)算下頜骨各生長(zhǎng)方向上相鄰生長(zhǎng)階段的生長(zhǎng)量。結(jié)果:男、女下頜綜合長(zhǎng)(Co-Gn)均在CVMS1-CVMS2及CVMS3-CVMS4期間顯著增長(zhǎng)(P0.05),男性CVMS3-CVMS4期間增長(zhǎng)量最大(P0.01),平均增長(zhǎng)9.54 mm,女性CVMS1-CVMS2期間增長(zhǎng)量最大(P0.01),平均增長(zhǎng)9.09 mm。男性下頜支高度(Co-Go)在CVMS2-CVMS5期均顯著增長(zhǎng)(P0.05),以CVMS2-CVMS3期間增長(zhǎng)量最大(P0.01),平均增長(zhǎng)8.80 mm,女性則在CVMS1-CVMS4期間顯著增長(zhǎng)(P0.05),而最大增長(zhǎng)量出現(xiàn)在CVMS1-CVMS2期間(P0.01),平均增長(zhǎng)6.51 mm。男性下頜體長(zhǎng)(Go-Pog)在CVMS3-CVMS4期間生長(zhǎng)最顯著(P0.01),平均增長(zhǎng)7.55 mm;女性則在CVMS1-CVMS2期間的增長(zhǎng)量最大(P0.01),平均增長(zhǎng)5.73 mm。結(jié)論:男、女下頜綜合長(zhǎng)(Co-Gn)、下頜支高度(Co-Go)及下頜體長(zhǎng)(Go-Pog)在CVM各期生長(zhǎng)量不同,可為臨床診斷及治療方案的選擇提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the growth time and growth of juvenile mandible in Shanghai. Methods: 480 cases (male and female 240 cases, 240 cases) were selected to be grouped by sex and cervical bone maturity (cervical vertebral maturation method, CVM), and the measuring items were measured by SPSS15.0 software package. The difference between the 2 groups of 2 groups of measurements was compared with the standard deviation, and the growth of adjacent growth stages in the growth direction of the mandible was calculated. Results: male and female mandible length (Co-Gn) increased significantly (P0.05) during the period of CVMS1-CVMS2 and CVMS3-CVMS4 (P0.05), and the average increase (P0.01) during the period of male CVMS3-CVMS4 increased (P0.01). In the period of 9.54 mm, the growth of female CVMS1-CVMS2 was the largest (P0.01). The average increase of 9.09 mm. male mandibular branch height (Co-Go) increased significantly in the CVMS2-CVMS5 period (P0.05), the largest increase (P0.01) during CVMS2-CVMS3 (P0.01), an average increase of 8.80 mm, and a significant increase in CVMS1-CVMS4 (P0.05) during the period of CVMS1-CVMS4. P0.01, the average growth of 6.51 mm. male mandibular body length (Go-Pog) was the most significant growth during CVMS3-CVMS4 (P0.01), an average increase of 7.55 mm, and the largest increase in CVMS1-CVMS2 (P0.01) in women (P0.01), with an average increase of 5.73 mm. conclusions: male, female mandible length (Co-Gn), mandibular branch height (Co-Go) and mandibular body length (Go-Pog) at various stages of growth It can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment options.
