不同材料在碳酸飲料所致脫礦釉質(zhì)再礦化中的作用

【摘要】:目的:觀察碳酸飲料造成的實驗性釉質(zhì)脫礦在不同材料處理后對牙釉質(zhì)再礦化影響的研究。方法:收集因正畸拔除的新鮮前磨牙,隨機分為脫礦組(A組);蒸餾水處理組(B組);滲透樹脂處理組(C組)。所有離體牙分為近遠(yuǎn)中釉質(zhì)塊,全部浸泡于雪碧中建立脫礦模型,之后A組釉質(zhì)面涂布抗酸性指甲油,B組和C組釉質(zhì)面分別用蒸餾水和滲透樹脂處理,所有釉質(zhì)塊置于人工唾液中37℃恒溫水浴再礦化8周。每組各隨機選取6個近中釉質(zhì)塊,掃描電鏡下觀察釉質(zhì)表面的微觀結(jié)構(gòu);其余近中釉質(zhì)塊經(jīng)處理后,激光共聚焦掃描顯微鏡下觀察熒光圖像;遠(yuǎn)中釉質(zhì)塊采用顯微硬度儀檢測各組的硬度值。結(jié)果:掃描電鏡觀察,A組釉質(zhì)面粗糙,大量釉柱斷裂形成大小不等的孔隙樣結(jié)構(gòu),B組可見少量礦物質(zhì)沉積,部分孔隙變淺甚至消失,C組釉質(zhì)面較光滑平坦,無明顯孔隙。激光共聚焦掃描顯微鏡觀察,A組熒光染料沉積多,熒光面積和熒光強度大,B組和C組熒光染料沉積減少,熒光面積和熒光強度減弱,且C組減弱程度較B組更為明顯。顯微硬度儀檢測結(jié)果,B組和C組藥物處理后顯微硬度值較脫礦后顯微硬度值增大,且C組較B組增大幅度更高,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:滲透樹脂對碳酸飲料造成的實驗性釉質(zhì)脫礦最具有積極的治療作用。
