【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用錐形束CT(CBCT)觀測(cè)江西成年人群下頜骨體副孔的分布位置,為臨床安全操作提供依據(jù)。方法選取200份江西成年人的CBCT資料,按年齡分為4組,每組男女比例相等。描述下頜骨前牙、前磨牙和磨牙各區(qū)域的副孔數(shù)目和分布位置,分析年齡、性別和左右側(cè)因素與副孔發(fā)生率的關(guān)系。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)下頜骨體副孔共1 123個(gè),人均(5.62±2.10)個(gè)。副孔發(fā)生率自近中區(qū)域向遠(yuǎn)中降低,舌側(cè)副孔發(fā)生率高于頰側(cè),男女性副孔數(shù)目無(wú)差異(P=0.195),年齡與副孔數(shù)目呈負(fù)相關(guān)(rs=-0.301)。下頜骨體三處副孔高頻區(qū)域?yàn)?正中聯(lián)合部(98.0%),中、側(cè)切牙牙槽突舌側(cè)(88.0%),前磨牙區(qū)的低位(55.0%)。結(jié)論下頜骨副孔每人均會(huì)出現(xiàn),臨床需留意避免損傷副孔內(nèi)容物而引起并發(fā)癥。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the distribution of mandibular accessory foramen in Jiangxi adult population by conical beam CT (CBCT), and to provide evidence for clinical safety. Methods the CBCT data of 200 Jiangxi adults were divided into 4 groups according to their age. The number and distribution of accessory foramen in each region of mandibular anterior teeth, premolars and molars were described, and the relationship between the incidence of accessory foramen and age, sex, left or right side was analyzed. The results showed that there were 1 123 foramen accessory to the mandible, with a per capita number of (5.62 鹵2.10). The incidence of accessory foramen decreased from near to middle region to far away, and the incidence of lingual accessory foramen was higher than that of buccal side. There was no difference in the number of accessory foramen between male and female (P < 0. 195). The age was negatively correlated with the number of accessory foramen (rs=-0.301). The high frequency regions of the three accessory foramen in the mandibular body were as follows: the median joint (98.0%), the lateral incisor (88.0%) and the premolar region (55.0%). Conclusion the accessory foramina of mandible will appear in every patient, and the complications caused by injury of the contents of accessory foramen should be avoided in clinic.
