【摘要】：目的通過種植釘輔助正畸加力牽引上前牙齦下殘根,評價其使用效果。方法選擇上前牙冠折病例18例,前牙10例,前磨牙8例。在需要牽引的牙齒附近植入2顆彼此平行的微種植釘,用樹脂粘接托槽,將片段弓固定在托槽上,牽引齦下殘根。結(jié)果所有患牙斷端均達到齦緣上1 mm以上,向移動距離為2.8~4.3 mm。15例合格,3例修復體松動達Ⅱ度,判定為不合格。結(jié)論利用正畸方法牽引齦下牙根,再行樁冠修復,可有效地解決前牙美觀的問題,這種方法不需要以鄰牙或?qū)ρ雷鳛橹Э?能有效避免支抗牙移位或支抗喪失的不良反應。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of implant nail assisted orthodontic traction on the subgingival residual root. Methods 18 cases of anterior crown fracture, 10 cases of anterior teeth and 8 cases of premolar were selected. Two parallel microimplants were implanted near the teeth requiring traction. The brackets were bonded with resin and the segmental arch was attached to the brackets to pull the subgingival residual roots.
